You can’t find a more down-to-earth, compassionate caring Staff. The doctor even called us up the next day after I had an emergency with my dog just to see how he was doing. I highly recommend them.

Dr Phillips took her time examining my lab as he is a complicated allergy case! She was professional and gave some good advise and information on allergies. Thanks Dr. Phillips!

Dr. Atria at Acacia has been my Vet since moving here 2yrs ago. Everyone in the office is always friendly & helpful, making the energy pleasant & welcoming. You can tell they all love animals.
Dr. Atria has been so kind, honest & understanding and I trust my lil guy with him. I also just tried the grooming service, Alexandria did a fantastic cut. Prices are fair for both the Vet & grooming services. Highly recommend Acacia Animal Hospital!

This vet was amazing everyone there was extremely kind and lighthearted, and they were very quick to react and fix the problem and not to mention extremely affordable for the care that they gave super happy with this experience definitely recommend!

The best place to take your cat if they need medical attention. Hands down, 100%. Let me repeat and be more specific: if you need medical care for your cat, routine or unusual, and it isn't a dire emergency/you can go during business hours, take your cat here. I have four strictly indoor cats of my own and try to TNR local stray cats, which sometimes means taking them in if they're sick. We've been to a few places for sudden accidents and ailments, and we struggled to find a good vet because of hands changing and quality declines. Acacia is the best. It might be pricier than other places, but it's worth it if you can at ALL budget for it.
Dr. Fecteau is the best vet here. I haven't had a bad experience with anyone here, from vets to techs to front staff everyone is compassionate, but Dr. Fecteau is straight-forward and to the point without being unkind, genuinely cares for the animals she sees, and I don't get the impression she would write off or give up on any one of them if she could help it. She quite literally saved the life of our youngest cat who was malnourished and sick, and whom she told us quite frankly she was shocked we found alive. This is after we took her to a different animal hospital also located in Deerfield. THEY told us she just needed to eat and didn't want to bother with fluids or medications. The cat had severe jaundice! I feel like they gave up, but Acacia pulled through. A year later she's now thriving and happy.

I took my cat in for a routine check up as well as to see if she has diabetes. The doctor explained what are the common signs of diabetes and asked questions about whether or not my cat was having any. My cat is spicy and I appreciate the doctor going over the steps we would take in taking her blood. They were very patient with and handled her with care .

Dr. Ted Leif is still working at other vet hospitals. Don't believe anything that Acacia Animal Hospital tells you. They are rude, overcharge and don't back up anything that I was previously informed of such as a kitten package. Unfortunately, this vet hospital has gone down hill. It's no good any longer.

Acacia is courteous, efficient and professional. This is really what you SHOULD expect if any service business, but many fall short. Not Acacia. Plan on being pleased!

My daughter's pitfall, max, had cancer of the testicles, he's an older dog, and we were afraid it spread. They did a surgery to remove his balls. I don't know how else to say it lol. They were so wonderful with us.I highly recommend them. They took great care of Bandit!

We dropped off our 2 fur babies at this facility for teeth cleaning at 8 am this morning and we didn't get a call during their stay till 1:30 pm. When my husband got there to pick them up, he found out they even didn't do their teeth cleaning and they didn't have a decency to call us to pick up our dogs sooner after leaving them in the cage for 5.5 hours (which they are not used to). The front staff are extremely rude and lied about calling us but he showed them he didn't have any calls or any miss calls from ANYBODY. The young lady at the front desk told him he can stand there arguing or he can pick up the dogs and leave and the other 2 staff were shaking their heads at my husband. He asked for a manager but she wasn't there and never called us anyway. I guess it wasn't important to her keep a client. They are extremely unprofessional and we won't be using their services anymore. We do NOT recommend this animal hospital.
