I’ve never posted a review anywhere ever… But this one takes the cake, Worst customer service ive ever received he was super rude throughout the call and told me the door was open and i can come so he can take a look, when i arrive, he doesn’t open the door so i call and he says he doesn’t want what im selling him. very unprofessional will never be coming back.

I am not one to ever post negativity but this situation truly left me speechless and disgusted. Never in my life have I encountered someone as disrespectful, condescending and callous as the owner of this pawn shop. Not only does he scream and talk down to his other employees/family members and treat them like garbage he pretends at first to show interest in your items only to keep you around longer waste your and then insult you and tell you to just take your belongings to the dump. I highly recommend avoiding this place if your going through a rough time which most people who resort to pawn shops are. This man obviously gets off on kicking people when they are down. Which is ironic if you ask Me because if you look around his shop 85% of his inventory is the left over garbage from the 1980's.

Ronald is a great guy, not much selection but everything works and everything is pretty simple with them. No haggle great price. Works with you. Not shady like most are.

They sold us a gun and told us it was new. When I went to pick it up I was told it was not new. Gun was reconditioned and scratched. Ron will not take it back and says it is final sale. He said he told me , which he didn't especially when the one is $20 more according to him. I believe he sells guns as new and then swaps them for a used one and by the time you notice it is too late. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Save yourself the financial loss and headache.
