“I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts to pick up some parts at my son had sent me for I had no idea what I was asking for or looking for I told the customer service person there what my son had told me that I needed to go pick up and he know exactly what I was talking about showed me where it was at and walk me through the whole process of the store and back up to the sales counter and checked me out I was very happy with the customer service there as I was totally lost on what I was doing and he just jumped right in to help me and made it a very pleasant and happy experience I will definitely go back to O'Reilly's Auto Parts next time I'm sent to get something that I have no idea what they're talking about thank you so much O'Reilly's Auto Parts salesperson if you are an excellent and positive experience too that store”
“I have never used this store before today, I am a senior citizen, a lady, and alone and I had a dead battery.. I had someone jump start it for me and I took it to AutoZone. They took the battery out of my car and put a new battery in my car free of charge. It was 90° out and Amii was absolutely amazing. She was so kind to me and worked so hard to change the battery in a 2017 Ford escape. (Not an easy Job) She was very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and attentive to my needs. From now on anything I need for my automobile will come from AutoZone. The nicest people there I have ever met. Especially Amii..Thank you again Amii for going above and beyond your job...Crescent City Auto zone is top of the line..”
