Filled up with 8 gallons of gas. 20 miles later car engine stalled and cut off. Stranded on the side of the road. 2021 Subaru Outback less than 40,000 miles driving the car 4 years no issues until filling up gas at this station.

Rude cashier didn't acknowledge me or speak as he rang up my items. Then, barked the amount due. Couldn't wait to get my change and get the hell out of there. This is what I get for supporting a local small business in Polk County.

I pulled into the pump. Put the nozzle into my tank. NEVER started pumping gas and the pump was already running and charging me. I took video of it. Went inside and told the cashier of the problem and his response was, “I’m sorry.” Told him I wasn’t paying for gas I didn’t receive. He did issue me a refund and said he’d have to have someone look at that pump. I left and went across the street to Love’s to get gas and watched as 2 other people pulled into the same pump I reported to them. I wonder how long they have been scamming customers like this. I will be reporting to the Department of Agriculture Consumer Services.

Stopped for gas this morning 8/2/2023 at 5:00 am. Went to pump #2. Tried to use my fuel rewards, but regardless of which button I pressed, it always asked for my Kroger's rewards ID, which I don't have. After fooling with the buttons for about 5 minutes I finally gave up and pumped the absolute minimum I needed to get to my destination. I could have gone across the street to the Love station, but I didn't want to waste any more time. Fix your stuff!!!

Pumps are horrible. Ads, and the pump didn’t have the holding trigger so you had to guess what level you were at.
