Our black cat Dexter had to be neutered, the staff was very kind and helpful and even went above and beyond to ease our fears of the operation and at an affordable price. We can’t wait to bring our other pets for their veterinarian needs!

My cat had a traumatic incident happen this morning. One that we couldnt save. We simply just needed him to be put out of his misery. This being the closest vet "hospital" we drove there. Tell me how they turned us away because they "didnt have time for him" -a dying bleeding KITTEN. Wouldnt take us. I am 30 weeks pregnant and devestated. and my poor husband who loved our cat very much had to himself, put the cat out of his misery. How can you even call yourselves a Vet hospital if you dont take emergency pet situations. They werent empathetic at all. What a disgrace of human beings you all are. I hope this never happens to you.

Our Lucy Mae our Great Dane had been going to outback for over a year or so. After extensive bloodwork, They suggested her to get this lump removed on her face surgically to prolong her life and a dental cleaning. Then literally a month later she started to get very sick with this cough, fatigue and loss of appetite. And so we went into the outback office July 29. We took her in and they gave her meds for a possible upper respiratory and said that her lungs sounded good. Then it was the emergency room a few days later and we were told she had pancreatitis and got sent home with medicine. We were told her lungs sounded good there too. With how sick she was outback would not get her in and so we had to do the emergency vet!! We were sending videos of her coughing to them that week and they didn't answer the texts. The fact that we even had to do emergency was so upsetting! They should of done something (outback)! We kept telling outback she had had this cough and had stopped eating. The end of the week, august 5 she spent the day at their vet with fluids and meds and here they found the phenomnia upon X-ray. She was cleared to go home and was told to come back the next day for more fluids and meds. She was home about twenty minutes and went to the spare room, collapsed and died. I didn't even get to say goodbye to my best friend. I was too late. They really missed this diagnosis!! We called the vet to tell them and they felt very and and apologized but really missed this!! They also only gave us back HALF the money from all that was done to her at the vet the day she died and they would not refund me for the four pills of trifexis we had JUST bought!! We will never go back to this vet. We are beyond heartbroken that our baby is gone and that she was not taken care of like she should of been by outback animal and by parkway emergency. It is very weird that she had this dental cleaning and lump removed on her face by outback and a month later she mysteriously has pancreatitis and phenomnia!?? It doesn't even make sense. It makes me wonder if she got both of these from the vets office and had had it since the surgery!! They said she was clear to get it!! Now our child, our daughter is gone and we will never see her again. I wouldn't trust a future animal with this vet, no way.
