Came to check on us afterwards showing us all the equipment and offering to help us if we needed anything. The customer service was great! The facility was super clean and the prices were reasonable. “This is an excellent automated car wash with great customer service! Every employee is eager to help and seems to genuinely enjoy working here.When you enter the wash bay an employee guides you forward onto a track. Once your vehicle is in the right position, you put your transmission in Neutral. The track will move you through the wash bay so you should keep your hands off the steering wheel and your feet off the brake pedal. The final phase of the wash bay is a powerful blow dryer that gets most of the water off the surface of your vehicle.When you exit the wash bay, you follow the drive to the left and pick an available station if you want to further dry your vehicle, vacuum the interior, and clean your windows and mirrors. They always have plenty clean towels and employees frequently walk around replacing used towels with clean dry towels. They provide glass cleaner in spray bottles at each station. There's also an air hose at each station which is useful for getting water out of tight places such as the side mirrors so you don't get drip spots along your vehicle as you drive away from the car wash.The prices seem reasonable especially with the option of unlimited car washes each month. If you're like me, I go several times a week so it would be much more expensive to pay each and every time. If you live in the area or are visiting I highly recommend the Radiant Express Car Wash!”

“This place is really great! The make very tasty wings and flats baskets with fries, and their cakes are AMAZING!! So far I have only tried a few of the cakes but they are truly amazing!! And very reasonably priced!! The owners are the nicest people, who do a great job of remembering people!! I always appreciate going in and having someone catch eyes with me and hearing them say how nice it is to see me again!! Lovely family!! Can't wait to take my kids there for ice cream at the parlor!!”
“I’m a new customer here. I purchased the monthly plan. So far I am really loving this location. The staff is always friendly and professional. The manager Danni is very bubbly and helpful. Even though there’s little contact with the staff using the monthly sticker; I am almost guaranteed a smile and a wave as I pull up. The wash itself is very good. Cleans car well and even removes the bugs from the hood and bumpers. Very little water left behind. Definitely recommend this place.”
“I prefer to sit across the lot at the Marathon gas depot and scratch lotto with my "Bae". However from my observations . Which are rarely few, far between or unspoken..If there is anyone at the car wash its probably just a wild inwood nomad checking the garbage for winning lotto tickets " our kind 'threw away because it's too hard to get off the high horse we rode in on and check them inside . Therefore contributing to the unique ecosystem of inwood and bordering forbidden earth spaces. So 1 star should suffice . Generously.”
“I went through bay 1. Paid for the $8.00 wash and got my receipt. The machine never came on. I googled the name of the car wash and spoke to an operator about what happened. She told me to go to the next bay and gave me a code so I didn’t have to pay again. The bay I moved to had no issues.”
