“Went to the AT&T store on Thursday to get upgrade it was a female she told me I cannot make a payment and the system was down after I made the payment to get the upgrade. Long story short I left decided to come back on another day. It was a guy there was yesterday on Sunday. I told him I wanted to get an upgrade on one of my lines told me which phone I want. I told him iPhone 15 he told me he had it in stock was very professional and took care of me and less than 15 minutes I was in and out with my new business room. I forgot his name on Sunday. He was the only one there yesterday by the way, the five stars is for the guy that took care of me yesterday not for the girl”
