Don't go!!!!
I've been sheared! It would have been better if I had cut it myself, to go there and get out of trouble, they ruined my hair.
I asked for it to be cut in a V and it seems like I cut it with children's scissors, it turned out horrible!
It was getting shorter and shorter without ever looking like a V. She could have been honest and told me that she didn't know how to do it and I could calmly go somewhere else, but no, she decided to cut my hair however she wanted, without fixing my race towards the middle. or something.
Just as I sat down, he started cutting.
I put it here, so they don't go or at least not with Lacey.
And my husband got his hair cut by the first lady there next to the cash register and she didn't give him a good cut either, I just don't know her name.
My husband went back and asked another person to hand him machine 1 because the cut was useless.
I preferred not to return, I will wait for it to grow and I will go to a real salon.
Anyway... don't go!
Requested style: A simple “V” with a YouTube video and some pigtails, I do it and it looks better!

I've been frequenting those place since I moved down here, but this time I was charged $2 more than I usually get charged. I always leave a $7 tip on my 10 minute cut to make it $25, this time I noticed it was $20 before tip. Luckily I'm still nice and left the same amount.
The customer before me also received a coupon when checking out after his receipt printed off for 12.99 on the next cut. Something printed off after my receipt too, but the stylist that took care of me took it snd immediately crumpled it up. Was that my coupon? I'll never know, only Lacy will know.
I most certainly have been back much sooner than I would have if it was handed to me and left the same amount of tip, but now, I'm not sure if I want to have a next time.
This was the first time I had a subpar experience at this location, which is quite unfortunate.

There comes a time when you have to bite the bullet and so that was my outing today to Great Clips (baby steps). I was very lucky that Silvette took care of me today.She was warm and genuine with her greeting, and made me feel very comfortable. She took her time with the consultation and understood our goal. She was kind and engaging and provided me with an awesome cut.Just having something new, brings a whole new life to one's attitude. Silvette and her magic scissors did just that for me.A lot of us are going through some form of depression. Going and having a little bit of fuss over us and getting a new haircut does wonders to lift the spirit.Silvette, I just wanted you to know how you touched my life today and how much it meant to me.

if i could give you 0 stars i would but youguys messed up my hair so badly i felt lightheaded while paying because i hated it so much. the day before i gave myself a haircut trying to get layers and did it terribly so i went here so you guys can fix it and i said “i was hoping you could give me layers and fix what i messed up” she said “there’s no shape” so she spent about 10 minutes giving my hair “shape” which was just her walking around and cutting random strands of hair. after she gave it shape she just kept cutting it shorter and shorter and then made my bangs bigger, which i don’t know how she did, but she somehow thought it looked good. which it didn’t. ALSO, might i add, to cut my bangs she twisted them all up together and cut it. WHO DOES THAT?? she told me she was done and i got up off of the chair and moved it around to try to get myself to like it but i hate it so much. when i went home i showered, washed my hair and moved it around. nothing helped it looks good. it looks like a 5 year old did it. my bangs are uneven, my “layers” aren’t even layers it’s just terribly cut hair. she really thought this looked good. i hate my hair and hate my appearance. i will never be coming here again.the pictures below are the before and after along with the sides

Before and after! Silvette was AMAZING with my ADHD son. He looks amazing and he took to his hairstylist really quick! Every stylist that has done his hair has been great.
