Unfortunately, this store is very cluttered and disorganized. There is always boxes in the isles. I go to this Family Dollar because it is the only one near my house. I bought some Men's Hanes underwear that was re-packaged unfortunately, and I paid full price! stupid me!! only one left on stock! and when opened, the underwear were the wrong size! They were 2 pairs of boy sizes! And they were underwear, so there's no way I can take them back??? I paid ten dollars for one pair of Men's Hanes underwear ,not three that should of been in the package. Just throwing things in a package and not paying attention from a men's size to a boy size! ! I will not be buying underwear at Family Dollar again. It's not the place!

FAVORITE Family Dollar!!! GREAT STAFF and CLEAN STORE. Products are always on the shelves. NOT on the floor Boxed and in the Aisles. The only way you would see Boxes in the Aisles is if a Worker is RESTOCKING the shelves to Replenish the items. Professionalism at its BEST!!! ?

On March 25,2023 I went into family dollar on hemlock in poinciana shopping because I came to this store several times I purchased $35 worth of items and went home and realized the vitamins I purchased was not in my bag. So I called the store and let the person know the vitamins wasn’t in my bag and the lady said “oh my manager will have to check the camera first” which is one very odd I don’t have to lie about something being in my bag could of been misplaced. So I decided to go up there and the lady checked the camera and put her phone in front of me “she put it in your bag” and I was explaining I didn’t see it. And she simply didn’t care I believe she told me her name was Maria which she probably gave a fake name ! But she basically didn’t care which I was mad I came all the way down there for my vitamins and why would I simply lie about a $5 item seriously ? The purchase is on my receipt. Which I also felt racially profiled because I am a black woman and also threatening me with the police which I never threatened her certain things I don’t think you should say to your costumers or treat your costumers I also reached out yesterday and no one responded whoever else I can speak to about this matter that’s above her I am willing to talk and they will no longer get my business.

Terrible...had to go outside and urinate.because your staff said both restrooms were out of service I saw no signs put up ...they said I couldn't use the employee restroom ..will call health department and better buisness of Polk county

Had everything I needed then some. The workers were friendly but you could tell they were tired and overwhelmed. I’d appreciate it more if it was a little less crowded but other than that this was probably the cleanest family dollar I’ve ever been in

Store has a great selection of products. They often have clearance sales with items marked down to really low prices. Staff is always friendly and polite.
