Worst customer service ever. The workers do more talking to each other the working I ask got a price they said to bring the item to the front and then bring it back if I don’t want it. This is bad for business. This store needs help they talking about lunch wyle customer on line to check this will be my last time at this location. It’s terrible.

You can buy without problems. The problem is the associates, when you go to pay, they don't greet you, they are telling jokes among themselves. They are talking through the airpods. In short, the customer service is terrible.

I recently left a review but I just came to this DG again my last time to this location was in October I expressed my concerns about the way the store it's so neglected I feel that this place needs more people working its a big store and I only saw two people working and the store is so dirty outside and inside and messy you can't find anything really maybe with more working people it can get in better shape

There are three cashier in the store, everytime I went to the store no matter how long the lines are the two Young ladies keep talking on their phones, walking in an out the store chatting and doesn't even care a Damm about people. The little red head short Spanish boy doesn't know how to talk to people. Lied to my face and said there were no discount when i know for sure every Saturday there's a 5$ discount and the guy said there was no more I bet you if I was one little Hispanic he would of gave me the discount

I usually come here for my daily snack runs. I can't help but notice that employees just stand around and talk about nonsense that has nothing to do with their job. I usually walk past the freezers and notice that the icecream/ dairy products always get pushed to the side left to melt and spoil. I've purchased icecream a few times from this location only to notice the taste of freezer burn. ice cream and dairy products should be FIRST priority. instead of 3 employees in one isle gossiping, giving dirty looks to customers, and puting away the DRY snacks. why isn't the manager doing anything about this except standing around making phone calls. the tall cashier with long hair and glasses always seems to be on task so I have to give praise for that.

Very unprofessional and cluttered. The cashier was talking on her phone with earbuds in her ear. She messed up my transaction and when I asked her could she redo it because I forgot to use my ebt card first before paying cash. She stated NO in a very rude manner. Which I knew was a lie because the Dollar General and Family Dollar near by has done it for me before. The whole store needs to be fired and replaced with new staff. Inflation is too high to be spending unnecessary money and if I could I would give this store a -5 if possible. The Dollar General corporate office really needs to look into this store because this is very poor customer service.

Cashier was very unprofessional, was talking on the phone (earbuds) during 3 transactions including mine and did not greet me back when I said hello or I hope you have a good day on multiple occasions. I frequent this store weekly and will not be returning. She also upset the customer before me while he was trying to buy his cigarettes she had an attitude. Go to the dollar store right down the road for a better experience.
