Employee who calls herself manager refused to give me her name at Poinciana store on Fri (6/7) around 12/12:30. She is the worst customer service person I have ever met. She spent absolutely no time in diagnosing my iPhone. I had several accessories that were not working and needed help fixing it. First, she pushed my phone across the counter and without looking at anything said “ you need new phone”. When I told her the reps usually test each accessory she immediately got angry and said she couldn’t help me. When I reminded her I was a customer at store for over 7 years she got verbally abusive. She told me to leave store and when I didn’t she called someone named Alex (I’m assuming real manager). Alex did absolutely nothing. After hanging up she continued insulting me - said I looked terrible and she looked much better. She mocked the black/blue marks on my arm (I’m 73 and prone to marks on my skin).
She is uneducated, incompetent and should be fired. Meanwhile, another employee walked in not knowing how rude her associate was came right up to my personal space. I walk with a crutch and she was so close I almost lost my balance.
When I left store they actually locked the door - how ridiculous and childish. These two incompetent employees should be fired immediately. They have no business dealing with sophisticated customers. I wonder what kind of upbringing they have had to be so “tone deaf” and no self-awareness! I was actually shocked at how abusive, ignorant and uneducated she was.
I will NEVER use the Poinciana store. If management is comfortable having their employees offend and abuse- particularly older customers - then I will reconsider Cricket as my carrier.
I did go to another Cricket store in the “4 Corners” area. The associate there was very polite and professional and fixed my phone in 5 minutes for approx $30.

The store manager is very helpful, helps with everything, looks for options, is an excellent employee, more people like Katherine, please, the store is very impeccable, super clean and has a delicious smell, I recommend it.

I'm so happy that Yolanda helped me tons. My Gospel Library app was not functioning in Turkish Language. I was not able to listen The Book Of Mormon & Doctrine & Covenants in Turkish. Yolanda Reset my phone and it start working. Tons of thanks to Yolonda. She is amazing. I had visit her maybe 5 times always she had helped me. Thankful for her work. She's very good at her job. Needs raise. Thankful do much

I just wanted to say that your service representative Isamaris is GREAT!!!!! She helped me out and set me straight. What ever you are paying her is not enough. The woman was multi tasking and didn't miss a beat. Isamaris is my favorite cricket ?. Thank you Javier colon.

They have a fair variety of phones on display, however that makes no difference as their customer service is seriously lacking. The employees here didn't even pay me any interest when I walked in and continued to chat with one another. Despite the fact that I needed a few phones for my family, that didn't seem to matter to these employees here. I left the store in disappointment and took my business to Verizon.

I went in 2 inquire on how to switch markets once my billing cycle is up, Rep was informative and although I don't live closer to this location I was advised on how to switch n a location closer to my home.. I love good customer service I'd give 6 ? if I could
