Wasted 3 hours texting,chatting and speaking to a outsourced person who told me my bill would go down in price. One week later it was $60 more. Went into the Plantation store and got taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Allen was great, fast efficient and didnt B.S. me. Almost left xfinity but Allen really helped.

I’ve had mixed experiences here, mostly good though. Today Etienne was AWESOME and helped me really quickly and helped lower my bill. Leaving a happy customer, thanks Etienne!
