Ordered food and 18 minutes later told they were out and I would get a refund. Then their was a 15 plus minute wait for a refund? Unfortunately only one person could do the refund was busy finding the right bag of chips for an online order. This individual was very nice the 3 time she said just another minute that turned into 15. Hey Jermaine general manager and Sabrina foot manager heads up, Is it fair or right for your customer (and there were several of us in the same situation) to burn 30 minutes to hang out for a meal order that cannot be fulfilled and then a refund? Would love a response . For anyone' stopping here in the future, Stick to getting gas only here if you want to avoid frustration like this.

Got 4-5 people working the deli, ordered a smoothie 15 mins ago, nobody at all is doing anything in the drink station, nobody has since i walked in 20 mins ago, the screen is full of drinks including mine, and theyre all pretending it doesnt exist.
Vegetarian options: They dont have to blend veggies so youre good.
Dietary restrictions: They make you diet, by not making smoothies.
Parking: Waiting in the parking lot til i see someone start making smoothies, def need seating inside maybe? Or a bed to take a nap while you wait
Kid-friendliness: As long as you kid didnt order from the drink station, they wont be disappointed.
Wheelchair accessibility: By the time my smoothie gets made, ill probably be in a wheelchair

Ripped me off for gas
.used app and selected regular gas. Switched to Super Wii lik e pumping so I paid a higher price than necessary and less gas.

This entire store needs a new staff and training. How do you constantly mess up an order that tells you how to make it ? Why does my delivery order not have cutlery or even 1 napkin ? Why do I have to cut my own UNCOOKED chicken strips on my salad ? Bring in new staff and train them

mad my quesadilla wrong. Put chicken on it when it was nowhere in the receipt. the girl had a NASTY attitude with me and took forever to remake my cheese quesadilla. This is what I got when she was done... one slice of cheese and sauce dumped on it. Inedible.

I am from out of town and I didn’t even know that Florida had WaWa’s so as soon as I found out they did, I was so excited to go. This particular WaWa wasn’t littered with homeless and the entire facility inside and out (based on what I could see) was clean. They had security and the workers were very nice. Unfortunately, they forgot my hot cherry relish on my hoagie, but I didn’t even care because it was delicious even without! Don’t sleep on the WaWa subs!
