This pharmacy meets my lowest expectation. During my time here, I have experienced non friendly staff, unprofessional and low-quality standard of work, customer service was the worst I have ever experienced.

Customer service the worse! They ignore you, nobody is around to answer questions , women at front of pharmacy the worse shi&;$:$ actitud. Never will put my prescriptions to this Pharmacy ever again.

Look for another option, the service is terrible and don't even think about calling to make an appointment or for test results! They lie to you! They tell you that they will send you the test results by mail and they never do. Terrible place, very bad customer service!

I cannot express how grateful I am for the individuals who worked tonight, 10/19, in the pharmacy. I had to take my son to urgent care at night and majority of the pharmacies were closed by the time we got out. I went to this Walgreens and asked if they could have my son’s scripts tonight and they made it happen AND checked the scripts to ensure they were accurate and appropriate for my child. To both of you..thank you for alleviating my anxiety and stress and ensuring my son was able to get his medication tonight. THANK YOU.

bad customer service!!! especially the photo section, I placed a order at 9 am in the morning, went at 5:30 pm to pick it up and when I get there it wasn't even done not only it wasn't done, it was a photo block and they told me there they don't have it available!! and ask me if I want only the picture !! really now in days people don't do their work at all and get paid to do nothing!! and the lady with glasses have the nerve to roll her eyes because I say I don't want it !!!

Most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever been to. No one here genuinely cares about health care. This one pharmacist, middle aged, curly hair Hispanic, was talking about her customers!! Talking crap while there is a line and she is checking me out. I felt terrible for whoever was at the drive thru be treated like this. I've had one pharmacist judge my medications multiple times. I hate having to go here and I'm switching as soon as possible. I leave here feeling terrible and judged and everyone else does too. Disgusting!! They need to clean house. I don't even leave reviews but this is so wrong.

They need more help. The wait is too long but I don't think it's the staff's fault. Walgreens has to step up and hire more employees.

Pharmacy staff was very friendly and helped my promptly, this was in the morning. A few months ago I also went at night and they helped me very good. Always a good experience.

Please tell me what kind of idiots you have working in your pharmacy(1780 N University Dr. 33322) that can't seem to comprehend that insurance does not cover everything but we might want to pay for it ANYWAY??? I submitted an order last week for a prescription that I got a text saying they were checking on my insurance. That was when I remembered I go through this every time - my insurance will not cover it, but usually I have a discount coupon that helps. I went into the store to talk to a very helpful girl on the 17th who tried in vain to get the coupon to work but it wouldn't. Rather than fight this part I decided to pay full price but hoped to avoid this mess again so asked if I could get a 90 day rather than 30 day supply - OUT OF POCKET. No problem, but it would need to be ordered. FINE. I call the next day when I see another text saying they are checking my insurance- so I call this time to say it won't approve it. She seemed shocked when I suggested I was planning on paying for it out of pocket - but yes, still my intention. "Ok,we just need to order it, it will be in Monday". I was ignoring the fact I was told the day before it was being ordered already and said fine, just please make a note not to waste time for either of us with checking insurance AGAIN. I call today and get a girl who tells me "we're having a problem with your insurance" THANK YOU CAPTAIN OBVIOUS!! I told her I am taking all my prescriptions and transferring, pretty much was told "we don't care, have a nice day". Holy mother of god, really???

Pharmacy doesn't answer, keeps you on hold for a long time then when they FINALLY pick up they immediately hang up on you. They are very unprofessional when it comes to following up. They call to tell you that your medication is ready then when you get there to pick it up, they don't have it ready, it is suddenly out of stock. I would recommend that you get your medication at a more professional and reliable place.

What horrible service!!!! Had an appointment at 2:45 waiting 1-1/2 hours. And to top it off the lady is rude. I am reporting her.
