Malisimo trabajo,te llaman y dicen que esta listo tu medicamento y cuando vas,no está listo,tienes que volver en otro momento. La más mala esperiencia q he tenido.

If you want to have a pleasant Walgreens Pharmacy experience, avoid this location at all costs. Pharmacy tech had an attitude with me since the start of my visit. I waited patiently to be helped. She called me over with a rude tone of voice and then I gave her my information. She totally ignored me and then asked for me for the same information I had just given her. Then she walked off without saying anything. Left me waiting for 5-10 minutes. While I was waiting, the Tech that was handling the drive through helped 4 people. She had asked me if I was being helped, since she noticed I was waiting there alone for such a long time. I told her that I was being helped, and that the woman helping me had walked away. Then the woman helping me shouted at the other Tech to explain that she was getting my meds. Then she actually walked over to me and started belittling me about what she was doing and that she was going to right back over. Of course I laughed in her face for acting like a child. Then about 4 minutes later the drive thru Tech grabbed my meds and checked me out. The other woman was of such little character that she didn't have the the decently to come back and finished what she started. She obviously had a bad interaction with the person that had came before me and had dumped her trashy attitude on me. Or this must be a daily accordance because her coworkers weren't even surprised by her attitude. Learn how to act with other human beings and not like a barn animal.

I arrived at the pharmacy 15 minutes earlier for my vaccine appointment (as recommended) and waited 14 minutes to finally have someone telling me she needed to restart the computer. She asked me to leave the counter and wait for her to let me know the computer was back on. I waited 16 minutes and walked back to counter just for her to tell me I had to come back next day because the computer was not working. I wasted 31 minutes that I could have saved if they would have been honest from the beginning. Also, if I would have not come back to the counter, they would have made me wait longer for no reason. I am certainly not making any other appointments here. I am going back to my lovely public pharmacy, where even getting vaccinated is a pleasure.

very bad coordination auer I was there because I had been waiting for my prescription for more than a week and until I got there they told me that my insurance does not take walgreens…. I think that just as they call me to let me know that my medicine is ready, they can also call me when there is a problem… (they give me a number to transfer the prescription and when I call they tell me that I have to go to my pharmacy again, or yes not that I had to go to the pharmacy I want to ask for a cvs transfer, they helped me with that)

very uncoordinated. I made an appointment at 12:30 pm for my covid vaccination. I did 30min in line because they say that here is as one comes here and they are organizing to have a good coordination. but it is not true. more than 15 people waiting more than an hour and they haven't been attended. Very bad coordination, reception and everything

When to purchase my eye contacts, first they told me that they aren't have my prescription, second they say it will take them 2 weeks till they get them.

Went in for a passport photo to be printed. The computer asked for a passpord that a walgreens staff can provide, when i asked the lady in duty she said she couldn't help me for another hour. But i didnt see the reason why, she said she was "organizing" when all i needed was 5 minutes of her time perhaps. Rude!

For the last 2 years, I use this store for my prescriptions needs. I have been a rollercoaster with bad service over the drive-thru window to the inside service. Pharmacy staff has seen not care for you. Different issues for the same prescription and every time I call is a different issue. I never had any problems before until I start using this location but will transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
