I don't have any experience in this place, I was just thinking of stopping by to take my car today, look at the reviews and comments. I better avoid it, I know that all clients are not right, but so many times the same mistakes make it a lot to think about.

Took my car here for a oil change. Audi s5 that requires castrol 5w 40. 10 days after receiving my oil change my oil light came on and requested oil additional to me noticing the new ticking noise on the left side of my motor caused by the thin oil they used which was 5w 20. I came back for them to correct the problem. They changed it and put O'Reilly 5w 40. After driving off from the lot Immediately went back because my car is now driving sluggish and sounds different. NEVER AGAIN. THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED THEY RUINED MY MOTOR AND HAS AN ATTITUDE AS IF IT WAS HIS CAR RUINED. THEY WILL BE HEARING MORE ABOUT THIS

I've had nothing but great experiences at USA Tires and Automotive. I've been to the shop several times to have different work done on my car. Tire rotation, alignment, tire change, battery and alternator replacement, etc. They've done a great job every single time. They work quickly and they work very well. They are my default choice to handle any of my car issues.

The owner James and the USA tire team is awesome! James kept the upkeep of my car since 2014 when I had a Chevy cobalt now to my Hyundai. No only does the team educate me on the parts and the problems that occurs on the car. They take the time to let you know whats major work and minor repairs. This man James is a rip off and it’s sad this shop pray on females. I had to call the police here and he acted like someone was the aggressor person after me asking before I pay can I ensure my car work. You charged me to diagnose my car but didn’t tell me the car needed a jump! 749 dollars later and it’s sad to say my car still not working. I will never take my car here ever again and James God will deal with you

I rarely ever leave a review, but I had to show some love to this business. Not only are they knowledgeable about cars, their customer service is second to none. The manager was always available when I called and addressed whatever issues my car was having. I highly recommend USA tires. They're hands down the best.Services: Tires
