Excellent attention from Juan Carlos and Zoraida. They are super kind and respectful people. They help you with everything you need for your box shipments, returns to Macy's, Amazon or whatever company is necessary. It is a cozy and safe place. Thank you very much for such excellent service.

This is the closest UPS to my home and I’m glad it is, Juan and Zora are amazing, always willing to help, they are efficient and friendly. My kids love them both and they always want to go with me to say hi!

I come to this UPS store at least 3 times a week because of my shipping needs. Juan and Zoraida, who run the store, are wonderful. They are always courteous and pleasant and are helpful in answering any of my questions or concerns about my shipping. I actually switched from another UPS store I used to go in Sunrise to this one because the customer service is much better. Their store is clean and easy to access and they are efficient. I recommend this store for all UPS needs

My husband visited this store to return a package and had a very unpleasant experience with the female Hispanic clerk at the desk. She treated him in a blatantly disrespectful and appalling manner, judging him based on his appearance. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in 2024. I contacted UPS to report the issue and was redirected to the store, where I spoke with the manager. The manager apologized for the situation. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and that no one else will have to endure such treatment in the future.

I have three boxes in my car. Two (large sizes in photo) and a smaller box. I had no help. No assistance in carrying my packages in my car. Horrible customer service!!!!!!

I’ve been coming to this store since moving to Plantation a decade ago. I visit weekly to return Amazon items and they are ALWAYS the most helpful and kind! Always willing to take the time to help when there’s an issue or if I have question with packaging and they are so so patient!
