Been coming here for years. Never had an issue with previous owner. This store was sold in February 2024 and the new owners are rude, condescending and all around just unpleasant people. Everyone in the store seems bothered to be there. Going to find another UPS store.

The fat boy who serves in this store is rude and rude, he does not know how to serve customers at all and he does not know what kindness is for users. This is the second bad service I have received at this UPS store and I swear I will never return here. They are terrible employees.

Raffi’s service was awesome, so was his assistants! He literally spotted that my Box (24 cubic) was too big for my needs, and offered me a smaller box (20 cubic). He saved me $75 in that move alone. Then, I was quoted for delivery on Jan 2nd, however my package arrived in lightning speed on DEC 29th. Totally satisfied with the price of the box and service and shipping costs! He even offered me 5% off for a veteran discount! A++++++! Thanks Raffi - Chris M.

Customer beware this store does not comply with UPS protocol. My package sat with a label created-was dropped off on Wednesday to be delivered Friday of same week. Had to go into store after back and forth with bad info. They never offered to put in claim. Owner was rude and dishonest by stating pkg was lost in delivery.

I visited this place to send fax, there’s a tall old man I ask him for fax service, I didn’t see him so professional, he can be even better with his customers. The way he talks Seems like he’s giving free service. I visited this place couple of times before and received good service.
