Guy has 25 reviews on here and wants people to trust his word. Yes we know usps does things in a weird way and they swear all packages scanned are instantly added to the system when their not. But if someone calls you for info and you tell them it's going to be expensive with your added fee. Maybe tell them you double hit them with a 3% addition credit card fee when we all know businesses get a discount under 1% with volume. No need to call us back and tell us you're right. After you have 1000 plus positive reviews then we might take your word for it. Sheesh

Had a bad experience here on Sunday 8/28 am. They assumed I was another customer on the phone and even when I was there. Didn’t even ask root cause questions to understand what concerns regarding my u-haul. They were quick to divert me to customer service line. I would think they would have more sympathy and try to see how they can help. Thats what customer service is all about! Luckily the customer service rep through the phone was helpful.

Just the friendliest, most helpful service I've experienced in a long time. We rented a UHaul from the Central Park Postal Service for an in-town move. Both gentlemen that helped us provided service above and beyond. They are thorough, and honest, with good recommendations from experience. Highly recommend this location!

My go-to place for sending mail and packages; however, it would be nice if they could update their hours on here. Says open Sundays until one, but were closed when I got there at 12:20. Sigh.
