Purchased a bottle of wine that I was unhappy with . I then spoke with manager Isak who told me my encounter with a team member did not happen. Very dissatisfied with his customer service considering I visit this location frequently!

Total wine has everything and anything that has to do with wine the people are very helpful and I just love walking around trying samples by the time I leave I feel 12 time's better than when I arrived Great Place to get a smooth sil lol

I had a disappointing experience at this store due to illogical store policies and poor customer service. My fiancé and I went to purchase non-alcoholic drinks for our wedding. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my wallet at home. Since my fiancé was paying, we didn’t foresee any issues.
At checkout, the cashier insisted on seeing IDs from both of us. My fiancé showed his ID, but that wasn’t sufficient. Despite explaining that I had no wallet and wasn’t the one paying, the cashier refused to complete the sale. This policy seemed excessive, especially since we were only buying non-alcoholic drinks. (Yes I do understand it’s their store policy that they “may” card everyone in the group) but I think there should be a change or some more logical reason to certain circumstances.)
Adding to the frustration, the cashier was rude, repeatedly calling me a “girl” despite me being 32 years old, and wrongly insisting that I was the one paying. It’s baffling that their policy allows minors to accompany adults buying alcohol, yet two adults can’t buy non-alcoholic beverages if one forgets an ID???
Ultimately, this experience felt like a waste of time and energy. I recommend shopping elsewhere for better prices and respectful treatment.

After visiting the establishment in plantation not knowing I can’t purchase alcohol or even water with my children without them having Identification is absurd. I was not aware of the policy until I got to the register. The Older lady at the the register could’ve been a little more softer with her tone about the situation. It needs to be stated especially for new customers

Enormous selection of liquor,wine,beer and associates.Si many different and odd/exotic choices of beer.Reasonable prices but only 1 checkout open on a Friday at 1pm with 5 groups of people in line.

I usually order my drinks online. They have a good collection of non-alcoholic beer that my husband drinks. Their services were good when I picked up my orders.
