DO NOT RENT HERE‼️‼️‼️ I am an EMR Analyst I work in multiple different states,so I am away from my home a ton… I took a leap of faith and decided to move from Ohio to Florida.. I chose the Terraces apartment because the price and look seemed to fit my needs.. I moved in April 30,2024 since that day until today I have had to place a total of 7 service orders because of water leaking into unit.. when I moved I purchased all new furniture and new rugs, not even 2 months in and I have had to take my new rug off of the floor because water is seeping through the floor boards when I walk.. My downstairs bathroom is leaking water and the smell is potent, after so many service orders they dug a hole in the wall so I now have a hole in my bathroom wall, they placed a fan inside bathroom because there was so much water that they wanted to some how try to dry it so I now have a fan blowing on my electricity 24/7 the upstairs bathroom is also leaking water… the floor boards down stairs have water underneath to a point that I am unable to walk barefoot in my own brand new home… after so many service orders I decide to contact the leasing office and let them know I was uncomfortable, and I feel like the unit is unhealthy, and has uninhabitable living conditions, so I would like to leave the premises and have my deposit returned under Florida law statue 83.51..With me working in and out of town I don’t trust that the water damage will ever be fixed… I also spoke with someone who actually works at the location who I have on video that said the last tenant left because of the same situation… I am highly upset and disheartened by this situation as the general manager Clark is now saying he can not let me out of my lease I am attaching pictures below… BEWARE

UPDATE::‼️‼️‼️..THE TERRACES Apartment sent an online message asking me to give them a call.. I contacted the location and they only sent the message online to save face they are not willing to help me in my situation

This complex is HORRIBLE and I would not recommend anyone with other options to choose this place!! The upper management have no real concerns about the tenant's health with the mold and mildew under the floor tiles within the units from water leakages in many areas. They have no concern for health! Only have moved there less than 45 days and they refuse to return our security deposit but the expectancy is to stay in the unit under these circumstances and continue bandage repair. I recently had the pleasure to speak to the new assistant manager Christian regarding an addition to my lease and a banking issue. I walked in the office even though the secretary was present , and greeted me with a smile. the manager also came out …greet, hear my concerns attentively, made eye contact and guide me with a positive response. I also had the pleasure to interact with the maintenance supervisor for the first time for a yearly walkthrough of the apartment which name I cannot recall, he was also very friendly , professional, and asked if I had any concerns or issues with the apartment . The level of professionalism truly took me by surprise, that’s a pure definition of respect, service and excellence!

I visited the community last week, they didn't have a unit to show but I saw the pictures online. The Terraces Apartments in Plantation, with modern amenities, spacious layouts, and a vibrant community. I really loved the location. #PlantationLiving #Apartments

I honestly almost never write reviews but this is worth is to me so maybe one day they could get it together. I have no idea where this place gets off calling it’s self a “Luxury” apartment complex. I stayed here for two years and there is not very much that is Luxury about it At first glance you look and think that everything is so nice but remember never judge a book by its cover. To start off with the complex it’s self, the pool is a mess it is almost always dingy looking or closed same with the gym, it is so small only about 4 people can fit in at one time and it’s always something they are “renovating” in the pool and gym area which is why most of the time they are closed yet I see very little to no differences at all. There are also vicious squirrels and possums that you will encounter as a result of the trash being left out all of the time, I used to have to throw rocks to get the squirrels away from my house so I could walk up the stairs. They also never and I mean never pressure clean the stairways so they are always so dirty looking and I think it’s why the squirrels and possums come back so much because even when there is not trash cans out they will come up the stairs to check. As you get more comfortable in your apartment you will start to notice little things that were just thrown together for a quick fix. for example it seemed like they painted over the tub instead of replacing or deep cleaning it, the paint will peel all the time when cleaning it, the “wood” or whatever it is on the bathroom sinks will peel too. appliances are always breaking but I can admit the maintenance guys are very fast and nice. The parking is ridiculous they will tow your car or your guests car at the drop of a dime. I can say the best thing about these apartments are the patios they are very spacious and relaxing. All in all it’s not the most terrible place to live but for the amount of rent (which they go up on every year) you pay there should be way better quality. you should actually feel like you are living in a luxury space instead of some thrown together apartments that just want to charge more money.

My sister and her husband went to The Terraces at Jacaranda to apply for an appointment. The personal was extremely rude and racist towards them. Without acknowledging them at all. Not a place I recommend to live at.

I like to be fair, a couple of months ago I review about how they couldn't even change my broken washer/dryer for over 7 months and it seems like the new facility department it's doing a better job. We finally received our new appliances. It seems like things are getting better, even though there is a longgg way to go.

My mother lived here and I stayed while I was in town on and off. Never had a problem until my husband passed away in the home and instead of letting us out of the lease, they billed us for all these unnecessary charges. She lived there without any complaints from anyone for a year and a half and they wouldn't have an human decency to allow her to leave without additional charges but rather is charging her for cleaning the apartment, damage done to the door while trying to break in since then needed to get to the body, pet odor removal when she only had mt dog there when I was there and yet there was a body in the apartment for 24 hours and didn't take that into consideration. What a joke of management.

I recently rented an apartment in 'The Terraces' complex, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my decision. From the moment I first inquired about the rental, Christian and Luisa were incredibly helpful and provided us with all the tools and information we needed to ensure a smooth rental process. Their professionalism and assistance were greatly appreciated.The complex itself is absolutely stunning, and everything is impeccably maintained. The attention to detail in the design and upkeep is evident throughout. The amenities provided, from the pool to the fitness center, are top-notch and contribute to a fantastic living experience.I must say that 'The Terraces' has exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is convenient, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home. If you're considering renting here, I highly recommend it. My experience has been nothing short of outstanding
