Romey in the jewelry department is awesome. Romey gives awesome customer service and goes above and beyond to help. My husband and I looks forward to seeing her. My husband also knows that I will definitely make a jewelry purchase when I see her. Romey is also very knowledgeable about the jewelry pieces. I have been to many JCPenney‘s salons and this one is one of the best as well as the one in Coral Springs. The staff are super professional, they come mostly energize, and they are great at what they do.
I recommend Avalon, she has been doing my hair for about a year and she is great. She’s familiar with all hair types knows how to cut men’s haircuts as well as short haircuts for females with Afro texture.

I had a wonderful experience at JCPenney in Plantation, FL. I initially stopped by to check out some sales I had seen online and ended up leaving with a few great items. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The sales associates were friendly and helpful, which made my shopping experience even more enjoyable.
I found a waffle maker at a fantastic price, which I have already used several times to make delicious breakfasts. The selection of home goods was impressive, and I was thrilled with the quality and affordability. In addition to the waffle maker, I picked up some hair clay that has worked wonders for my styling routine. The product was exactly as described, and the price was very reasonable compared to other stores.
One of my favorite finds was a cute little blanket that was on sale. It’s incredibly soft and perfect for cozying up on the couch. The variety of items at JCPenney, from home goods to personal care products, is remarkable. I appreciated the clear signage and the ease of navigating the store, which made my shopping trip quick and efficient.
Overall, my visit to JCPenney was excellent. The deals were unbeatable, the staff was courteous, and the checkout process was swift. I highly recommend stopping by JCPenney in Plantation if you’re looking for quality products at great prices. I’ll definitely be returning for future shopping trips.

Plenty of parking and the home goods had a good salesperson.Sad malls are a dying destination being I grew up going to them.Now they're all overpriced.Hollywoos Mall and Fashion Center were great destinations.

I looked at the clothes and did find something, so went to checkout only to be spoken to harshly about closing my card, she doesn't know why until I told her the interest rate is over 30%, she said well if you would pay the bill off you won't pay that high
