Our father passed away Christmas morning. When many places are closed this time of year, Patty was available and there for my family every step of this difficult journey. She compassionately educated us and took the time to answer every question. Our beloved father passed away on Christmas Day. Our family was in town for a limited period of time and due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, the timing of the funeral and burial was limited. TM Ralph in Plantation went above and beyond to guide us and support us. Everything was coordinated with the cemetery and went smoothly. Patty at TM Ralph Funeral Home was a true blessing to our family and we are forever grateful for the comfort and peace that she gave us during this extremely difficult time.

TM Ralph has been exceptional to work with in helping to bring our uncle back to Indiana for burial. Kathy Ralph has been prompt and efficient in communication related to the death certificate also. From the moment I called and spoke to Patty I was treated with kindness, respect , and was explained things that I had no idea about, and she continued to be by my side throughout the entire process from celebration of life service to the final goodbye . Natalie also took the time to go through every detail for the arrangements with careful attention and professionalism.Thank you all for giving me and my family the peace of mind we so needed during this extremely difficult time.

Amazing staff. They honestly help you for everything you need especially at a time when the last thing you want to do is deal. They’ve helped even after for minor things and are always available to help you. They are one of a kind and I’m glad my uncle found them. Thank you guys.

The outside is nit very inviting, needs pressure cleaning bec when I walked up if feels like theirs no pride or respect coming up to say goodbye to a family member. Then the inside has a smell theirs airwik or any air freshener you can put around the entire place so it doesn't smell like dead people like my mom said when we went to see it for her. The place needs some up grading just saying.

Their family still live at the funeral home assuring no one is never left alone. The quality and professionalism is unmatched in the funeral industry. The attention to detail is unparalleled. I have a family member in California who is going to be passing away soon. I am responsible for making the arrangements, however, I had no idea of any of the funeral homes out in the Los Angeles area. T M Ralph had taken care of both of my parents funerals so I called them to see if they had any suggestions for funeral homes out there. Not only was I given the names of two funeral homes, we had an extensive conversation where they gave me several pointers on what needs to be done and what to expect. This is the kind of service that you only get from the best! They will not be involved in any of the arrangements yet they wanted to make sure things go smoothly. This is the kind of service you get from the small town people, they truly care about you!

The staff at TM Ralph is amazing. Not overly apologetic about the loss of a loved one. Explained everything for my family to understand with ease. Someone said the decor was dated, that shouldn't matter. You are there to say goodbye to your loved one. Price depends on what you want and our price was very good. Thank you for taking care of my family's needs...
