Maggie is the person to talk to to to set up a storage unit, she was patient and kind to me through out the process and she explained the ins and out of my contract so I knew when my payments were due.

Just got a new storage unit in Plantation location off of Nob Hill, and Broward Boulevard.They have a great initial move-in price. Alexis (one of the mangers) was super helpful. It was a great tour of the grounds and Alexis explained everything without leaving out any small detail. that’s the kind of friendly Service we all look forward to. I’m definitely looking forward to this stay

SmartStop storage has been a great place for my family and I to store our belongings. We love how secure the premises is, the staff is amazing Maggie was so sweet and helpful. If you need a storage unit I 10/10 recommend using SmartStop Self Storage!

I got a great deal on a unit for a few months. The location and access hours are convenient, and the employees are friendly and helpful, especially Maggie.
Maggie was wonderful, walking me to the unit to make sure it met my needs before confirming, and dealing with the computer system when it was stubbornly causing issues after I made a change. Follow up and communication with them is easy, they're nice people and it's a safe, secure place.
