Very disorganized as far as communication between employees and manager/owner any questions you have they have to call someone to find out so it becomes a very long process. Also very difficult to communicate if you do not speak Spanish.

Love this place ! It was referred to me by my cosmetic surgeon who will soon be performing my mommy make over (lipo, BBL, and breast lift) . He suggested while I'm currently in the gym now pre-surgery to use a waist cincher to prep for the big day and purchase a smart fit post lipo and bbl faja to maintain the compression for better healing after surgery. I recently had a baby in July and had bought a waist trainer from Ann Marie to start the waist shrinking process by doubling my body sweat under latex. After 2 months it didn't fit anymore. It was too big. I assumed I went a size down.....wrong. I found out once I arrived to the store that I actually went 2 sizes down and had no clue what size to purchase. Thank goodness for the young man at the store who was able to help me find the right size. 5 months post partum so far down to a size 5/7 US ... began in double digits after baby and dedicated myself to waist shrinking immediately after recovery from cesarean surgery. After walking in , I was immediately helped by a young man working the front counter. I went to him and introduced myself, explained my situation and showed him the notes my doctor had written for items to purchase pre & post op. To my surprise, the young gentleman knew more about body shapeware than I assumed and was able to fully detail exactly what each one of their shapers are made of and how they could be used. He was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and did not make me feel like he was trying to Up-sell me or inundate me with a massive purchase . Although, I did end up spending more than planned after I noticed their Colombian jeans section haha. My husband fetishes me in pocketless jeans and so I had to buy a few pair so he couldn't complain about how much I spent once he saw them on me ;-) The store has a wide variety of shapeware , cinchers, waist trainers and full body shapers as well. They also sell items like butt lifters, strapless bras, and spanx as well. 10/10 I would definitely recommend checking them out . I also suggest if you are on a DEDICATED weight loss journey , when purchasing a corset or trainer , also purchase a size smaller for backup as well because once you start losing weight it's only a matter of weeks before the one you originally purchased will ho longer fit and will be too big. Definitely check them out .
