Store manager is extremely rude. He lack customer service skills. I returned my purchase because i refuse to spend my money where im not appreciated. I have always used Sherwin Williams for my paint. I will no longer make purchases at this store. Someone from Sherwin Williams should really look into this guys attitude towards the customers.

Terrible customer service, they serve reluctantly, they should not give attention in a store as prestigious as Sherwin Williams.

I arrived at the store at exactly 5:55 in the afternoon and it was already closed, and I can read on the door that the hours are until 6:00 pm, I signal to one of the people I see inside and he tells me It's already closed, I show him the time, it's not 6:00 yet and he tells me that he won't help me that it's closed and that I should go away, I'll stay a few more minutes in case he opened the door for me and he didn't. I think that if they have an established schedule they should respect it until the last minute and incidentally the attention to customers is not correct, there are more decent ways to say no, it is my opinion, they should comply with the schedule.

Very bad, the dispatcher was spoiled and closed 1 hour before the departure time, he closes at 3 when his time is at 4

Worst service this month. I've been to the store with a lid. The paint was dry and easy to match. The employee told me it would be impossible. I insisted a little but he had a disrespectful attitude and told me that I should look for a color in the book whatever matches that color and he didn't even want to help me. I was the only person in the store. He was so lazy he didn't even say hello…hi…hey

Great experience yesterday. It was my first time visiting Sherwin-Williams and I will definitely comeback. Gianni Palenzuela was amazing! He was knowledgeable, respectful and very helpful.

Stephanie, was so helpful and knowledgeable. I will be shopping at sherwin Williams for all of my painting needs. She made the entire experience painless for me because I know nothing about paint, she took the time to explain to me all of my options and even helped me select a color based off my preferences. She's the best!

Sign clearly says closed at 5 and the rep had door locked at 4:30. When I was looking in he came out and told me they were closed. When I asked him about it saying closed at 5 on the internet and on their door he said it’s beyond him. Several other customers were outside and some left. I had a time sensitive need so insisted on verifying the closing time. He then tried to intimidate me and start a fight with words like “is there a problem? I thought so?” He also said You have communication problems” I thought briefly about making things get really ugly but I decided Tom take the high road with my wife and 1 year old son with me. I have a lot to lose.. Clearly this representative didn’t. I’ve been to several Sherwin Williams and never received this type of treatment. This is not the hood. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.

I purchased pool deck and fence paint from here today. The staff, specifically a gentleman named LEE was outstanding, I recommend highly if you want truly personalized service.
