As usual,and I just keep doing this, so if the paint wasn't so good I'd definitely get it somewhere else...but, one store was out of paint. Don't know how that happens. This store has zero customers and I had to ask, no notification sent, and it had to be mixed. What's the purpose of online buying if you have to wait for it to be mixed? Oh, it's because they had a "truck," whatever that means. I asked how do you know when orders come in online? The system tells us. Hmm. But the "truck" made them not check. This is so messy. And please don't respond for me to call you. I'm telling you now. Don't put it back in my court. Just do better.

I asked my brother to pick up some bathroom paint while I was out of town. He needed to spend more than $60 so so I could take advantage of a credit card promotion. He didn’t pay attention and was a dollar short. He asked if the cashier could refund him, add a few things and recharge. He looked at the manager who simply said “no” with no further explanation. Certainly my brother’s mistake but a nice gesture of fine customer service could have saved two customers who were about to paint both of their houses inside and out, yet now will go somewhere else and pass on their experience.

Jose was absolutely wonderful in helping me! I was in a rush to get some paint for the house and had to meet a deadline. He assisted me in choosing the right paint and answered my questions honestly.

Have been looking for paint for awhile. Seems to be hard to get supplies and good help to sell it.Till Now... This SW Paint store is big at 6000sqf, bigger than then any of the other 4 I have been too. And José is the man. Had the supplies, primer, base and tint to make the colors I wanted. Said if he didn't have them could most likely have them the next day. The other stores just said "Oh we don't have that" and left me. No, "I can help / can get" from them. Need paint, go see José at the SW on Sunrise Blvd.

Worst customer service experience. The lady that works there was very nasty, she was very snappy with my questions and seemed irritated with my questions. I called her out on her unnecessary rudeness and I left the store. I was not about to spend my money on a store that is not training their staff in proper customer services. I can say this much, I get better customer service at Chick-fil-A by just spending a fraction of what I was going to spend in Sherwin Williams. I don’t get it, these stores are community specific stores so you would think they would give customers a really good experience.

I meant to do this a week ago but misplaced the business card with her name.I have a small paint job that needs to be done, I'm replacing the front door of my condo and need to get the exact same color as it was done over 2 years ago. I went to this particular store being in the neighboorhood shopping anyway but they didn't have the color I needed. Thank you Franchesca(and the other younger guy working that day as well, I'm sorry I didn't write your name too) for calling all over to finally find me the exact paint I needed. They both put in 20-30 minutes of making calls trying to find me something I wasn't even going to be buying from them directly. When I do have my next paint job I will be going back to YOU :)

We were helped by Jose, the store manager and my god was it an amazing experience! My son is expecting his first child and José could not have been more helpful assisting us in picking the best quality paint for the best possible price. José truly went above and beyond and I made an account at Sherman Williams just because of him. I look forward to dealing with him again!

I like the fact Lowe's is now selling Sherwin Williams paint in their stores but it is limited. I've used their paint before and am happy with the results. Will continue to do business with them.

I spoke with the store attendant on the phone and asked him about 4 sample size containers. Gave him the name and number. His response was that he was going to have it ready in 5 minutes. I told him I'd be there in 15 minutes. On arrival to the store not only the samples were not done, but he did not take the color information I gave. Today, the store manager called to apologize and even offered to deliver the samples to my house. He knows about customer service snd cares about his store.
