Who are the owners?!? You should hang your heads low. Came here to get a car wash. $6 for Express wash and doesn't dry, $8 for Premium wash and offers more than the other location for that same price. So I went with that. This car wash scares the crap out of me. It really needs an update like 2 years ago. This thing got stuck in the middle and didn't even foam the entire vehicle only the front half of it. Then when it went to scrub the vehicle, it sat in the middle of my roof just spinning in the middle as if it got stuck. I thought this machine was going to damage my vehicle badly how close it was and how inaccurate it seemed. I went inside and spoke with Natasha, she was very concerned about it. Enough to where she came outside with me and started the wash again just to see what I was experiencing. I really appreciate that so much. She offered me a refund and I refused it only because of how helpful Natasha was. But then finally decided to take up the offer. I honestly feel like the owner should replace the machine with all new parts. If they care enough. Because I'll never use this car wash again. Thank you Natasha for all your help.

I always like to get a receipt just in case but this gas stations doesn't give you one so you have to go inside and unfortunately I got bad fuel from this gas station this time around. Good thing I didn't fill it up so I'm going to follow the mechanics advice wait for it to go away, get new gas and hopefully the check engine light will go away.

I live close to the gas station so unfortunately it is the closest to me. I just stopped here and the pump was not working and froze up on the screen to select the grade. I went inside to speak to the attendant who was extremely rude to me. At first she refused to help me make sure the pump reset so it didn’t leave my card up. Then made me wait for each customer inside to be helped first. When she finally agreed to come outside to help me and saw that the screen reset itself she started cursing at me saying “I can’t believe I took my a** outside for this.” She proceeded to say unpleasant things then yell at another customer in line at the top of her lungs. I’d give zero stars if I could.

It is quite an unpleasant place to get your gas here. You can see from others that there have been some issues regarding security and there hasn’t been any improvements. Why does this gas’s station exist? I think just mostly because of its location next to a prominent shopping center in Plantation.

Do not shop here!! I wish I could give them zero stars. They are scam artist, and have absolutely no customer service. Just went inside to buy a 20oz Pepsi and a pack of cigarettes. The advertised price for the Pepsi was $2.19. Three barcoded stickers that Evan said 29oz Pepsi. When the cashier range it up he said that will be $2.39. I said politely over their on the shelf it says $2.19. He said well it’s $2.39. So I showed him it said $2.19 on all the Pepsi 29oz products in the cooler. He says either pay the fing $2.39 or get out. I then explained to him he had to honor the advertised price he walked over to the cooler and peaked all the price tags off and me to F off. Definitely lost a long time customer I’ve been going to that shell since I was 16 im 39 now. I will no longer do business their m. This was the last straw. Rude cashiers, extreme price hicks, etc…. Trust me go Somewhere else. Save your money and time!

This gas station only exists because of the area it is located in. The interior has been the same for 15/20 years and is completely run down. It is supposed to be 24 hours but tonight I had to knock on the doors and windows for a full minute or two before the employee decided to wake up with her head down on the counter. Imagine walking into a Walgreens and having to find your cashier and wake them up...would never happen. Doesn't surprise me at this Shell because the employees are hardly up to scratch. I'm writing this not to deter people from this gas station but for the owner to see that just because your location is prime doesn't mean you should give up on customer service. Do better for your clients because the establishment you run is honestly a stain on the businesses surrounding you.
