I was in an incredibly stressful situation recently where I needed to get a policy. I talked with some lady initially who I found to be lacking in patience and concern. Rude quips like can I talk were thrown out. I simply needed someone calm and helpful.
I finally got to a competent person and worked with them. While I had the proof, the underwriters said no. I asked for the office manager. They were not available. Never heard back. Guess customers are not important to this long standing office.
This is not the same office as it used to be.

Full year now working w/ this office and couldn't be happier w/ the level of quality customer service ESP. w/ all the insurance messiness happening now in SE FL!
Fantastic, transparent communication & competence. All the Agents & management couldn't be more engaged, professional, personable, reasonable!
Been some changes in management over the year but day 1-present everything & everyone has been consistent. Recently, dealt w/ Julie and Stacey for my renewal and they provided A+ customer service. Tweaked around certain things in my policy to make it actually more reasonable and beneficial! Highly recommend!

At this office all of the agents I have spoken with and interacted with have been very knowledgeable, professional, and excellent at explaining the complicated auto policies. I have been much impressed that every individual I have interacted with there has been so helpful. I recommend this Agent because I think all the employees there are highly trained and professional, and most important they treat their customers very well.

My mother-in-law, a long-time State Farm customer, recently moved to this location and sought assistance for an in-person matter only they could address. Unfortunately, when she approached the staff, Jessica Gutierrez turned her back and left without explanation, displaying hostility and unprofessionalism. Such behavior reflects poorly on the environment and personnel hired at this location, raising concerns about State Farm's commitment to customer values and mission.

I believe this company is running a scam. I called and received a quote for homeowners insurance. I decided to move forward with the quote. Days later the agent asks me if I’m interested in auto insurance which I ended up declining. They charged my mortgage company for the home insurance which I stated was ok. 2mos later they charge my mortgage company additional money stating the quote they provided me was for an auto/home bundle which was never discussed. The only reason I caught it was because my mortgage company emailed me info on the additional payment. Very sketchy company. Please keep away!!! All they did was apologize and give me terrible reasoning for their mistakes.

EXTREMELY disappointed with the fact that Mr. Rupert Brown is running an illegitimate business and issuing insurance police’s by unlawfully adding names to policies to lower the cost for customers WITHOUT consent of both parties. This is not right and I would like it fixed immediately.

I got a boat insurance policy with Stacy Brown at Rupert Brown Insurance Agency via State Farm for around $6k for the year two months ago. However, I just received a letter stating that my policy was bumped to almost $12k annually only a few months into my policy period. This is outrageous, considering we reviewed all the details several times, and I had already paid the annual fee ($6k) for the months.I still don't understand how they messed this up. I have asked to speak to a manager several times, and no one has got back to me to rectify this issue. The only thing Stacey told me to do was to find another provider...

Wow, Mr Brown and his team provided me with the best customer service and professional advice. Quick, sufficient , and to the point; These guys they know insurance, and the rates are very competitive. It was few hundred dollars less than the silly computerized quote from competitors. These days, to actually have a real insurance agent on your side is a real treat.I highly recommend using the agent for all your insurance needs.
