1000/10 ❤️ thank you royal paws!(LONG BUT WORTH THE READ, PET OWNERS BEWARE)if you care about your cat/dog being HANDLED WITH CARE, in a WELL DETAILED manner while caring for your pets health & beauty while listening to what you want & communicating what’ll be done with full transparency, then I could truly not begin to recommend Sonia enough.This morning i actually had a groomers appt (with a mobile grooming service) that had a ton of what seems to be really “great reviews” for my 5 month old Persian kitten but it quickly turned into a quite horrid one instead… 10 minutes into the appointment I get told that my kitten is too afraid to get blow-dried and that the groomer could not finish the job, so I pick my kitten up & he’s not only shaking because he’s soaking wet, but he’s bleeding from THREE of his PAWS!! (He didn’t need a nail clipping as we just did it a week prior) I’m no expert, but they this has never happened to me while attempting to clip my kittens nails but he did let me know that I should leave my cat on the balcony to dry off since it may take all day! But he could come back tomorrow to finish the haircut, I told him that it was fine and that I would just dry my kitten off myself, he agreed then charged me $120In the moment I quite honestly just paid & wanted to get him out of there as quickly as possible.as soon as I got in the car I remembered a friend recommended royal paws boutique a few months back, so I gave the owner Sonia a call around 10am right after this horrid appointment & explained what had just happened; she told me to come on in, which then I frantically did,as soon as I stepped foot into the pet spa o immediately felt safe having my kitten in her care, she was attentive, thorough, and has true passion for her craft.When I went to pick my kitten up from royal pet spa, Sonia immediately filled me in on how the session went, and not only did she address his bloody nail situation + knots that the previous groomer didn’t even consider to brush upon receiving him but…she found COTTON BALLS that were left in his ears from the previous groomer which to my now known knowledge, could’ve led to a much bigger issue if i hadn’t seen it (which I probably wouldn’t be able to as I am a first time cat owner) nor did i know there were any cotton balls in his ears, she expressed how sweet my kitten was and just afraid of the drying noises, which will take some getting used to.In the end he looked beautiful & freshly clean and seemed as if he were back to his normal sweet & relaxed state, and to top it all off she has FAR BETTER prices, i also wrote a review sharing my experience at the other groomers & they asked me to take it down offering a % of money refunded, so i see how they’ve kept their “highly rated reviewed” company alive.in the end I really felt like my kitten got pampered. And she made a traumatic experience a pleasant one, I will be a long time customer ❤️

It’s very hard for me to leave my Maltese with just anybody but they did a fantastic job! He looks and smells so good? The facility itself is very clean, and the staff is very gentle and attentive, showing they truly care about the well-being of the babies they groom. Highly recommended!

It's my favorite place, I working with sonia now, she is really amazing person and really love all animals, this job it's not easy, but I love pet grooming too. I love work with her, sometimes it's very hard for me and know that, because work with animals it's the patient, love and fun for them, I recoment Royal Paws Pet Spa & Boutique.??

Amazing place to groom your dog. Very professional and kind approach of Sonia ( owner - groomer) makes it a great experience for both : pets and pet owners. I groom my dogs there on regular basis and can’t be any happier with service and quality of work this grooming saloon does. Five starts!!!!

Just traveled from Coral Springs to sunrise to get these two little cuties groomed by Sonia. She did an amazing job. Definitely worth the trip!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! In the beginning I was a little nervous because it was my first time taking my cats to the groomers but right away I felt welcomed. The customer service was absolutely amazing and my two cats had went in for a flea treatment and came back flea free. My cats also came back to me with no sort of distress or anything like that and that’s what I was most worried for. My cats were more than well taken care of, I will definitely be coming in again. I recommend this place to anyone who wants exceptional service and gets the job done right.

Sonia is sooooo sweet I love her after just meeting her today! She took great care of my long haired chihuahuas grooming them and brushing their teeth! I will definitely be bringing my babies back to her. She loves what she does and loves your fur babies ❤️

This morning i noticed a huge flea on one of my 2 cats, obviously both of them needed immediate treatment. Normally I trim their nails and they pretty much groom themselves but shaving them is way out of my comfort zone. I called Royal Pets and they got me a same day appointment in one phone call. I walked in and notices how clean and how calm the pets in the crates where, good sign. The staff is amazing, the groomer is 100% an animal person. Just got home from picking them up and we could not be happier with the results. We highly recommend them and will be back for as long as we can. And the best part, No More Fleas!!??
