Excellent Service! - came out quickly and showed up on time, at the time expected. Expert work - really cares about getting the best result for the customer. Great communicator - explained the process, kept us informed, and took extra time to answer our questions and offer options.

Roberto and Alfred were professionals but yet very friendly. Installation was fast and smooth. They even went to my daughter’s house and fixed her shower door while they were in the neighborhood. Shower door looks beautiful. I recommend this company 100%.

My first experience was ok. I needed some frosted glass for some cabinet doors. They did the job as directed or by its instructed measurements.Because the job was ok, it prompted me to return to them for another project.However, I will never be returning to this place or recommend it to anyone.I brought a mirror (a sliding door closet mirror) that needed to be cut it was 30x80 and it needed to be cut 4" off the bottom. I explained and showed what needed to be cut. He marked 4 inches off the mirror.I also stated that 4 inches didn't need to be exact and that it could 4 1/8 or 4 1/2 or even 5 Inches off. I asked how much it would be and he said , just labor $20ish. He was really rushing and not listening.I waited 2 days and the cut mirror was not avaialble. I called again and the lady said it was $40 + tax and that it was ready. I said, I don't care how much it is $. But I was told around $20.I showed up and I didn't have a 30x 76 or 30x 75 piece. They cut a few pieces 4x30 and I was in shock. I asked where was the mirror and they said they broke it and threw the frame away.They said the mirror was old.They suggested to get one from them for about $100. I said no.I unfortunately broke another mirror I had. I passed by and he showed me a broken piece he had. Offered that one for free. I said no I can pay for the labor.But I need to get the exact measurements. He said to text him. I measured. I texted him. I asked if he could do a design pattern as an option or just a solid rectangular piece.I expected a response. He never replied. I passed by in person spoke with his associate, asked what options I had with the mirror. He comes around and says with discounts and everything it's $400. I said $400? I was rushed . He did not give me the time of day as a customer. I don't appreciate being called "Linda" completely innapproiate. So much wasted time going there multiple times when my project is simple and straightforward. I don't appreciate the condescending attitude.I was a previous customer. He just lost a customer. Today it was a small project but tomorrow could have been a bigger project.And this last time was just a disgusting of a an experience. Don't waste your time. All customers should be listened to and not rushed. He doesn't even realize how much money he lost as a business because I had multiple.properties with many projects.Don't ever judge a customer by a small project.$400 is crazy for what was being asked.sting experience. I will not return to this place. I lost a mirror. It's just typical south Florida non professional customer service or service.

Reflecto Glass installed the glass shower doors in my master bathroom. From day 1, they did not cut the glass correctly so that both doosr rub together when opening and closing them, and make a terrible noise, They came back once and did not fix them, because the only way that they can be fixed is by removing them, and cutting the glass correctly. I paid good money for these doors. I had 3 contractors try to repair them, but they still are not repaired, because they only adjusted them. Do not hire Reflecto Glass to install any shower doors. I've called them and they do not return my calls. This is a terrible company!
