Where’s the 10 star rating? My family joined the synagogue a decade ago when we were a family of 3 and my oldest started attending preschool. Now, we’ve had 3 children graduate from the ECC, and one just became a bat mitzvah this past spring. There is nothing more special than having Rabbi Andrew conduct the bat mitzvah of your daughter who he has known since she was 3. Our family has made lifelong friends. 10 years or so ago, we didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into. Now, we couldn’t imagine not being a part of this wonderful place.

Since joining this congregation, my family and I have experienced a sense of belonging and acceptance that is truly remarkable.Ramat Shalom is much more than just a synagogue; it is a vibrant community filled with compassionate individuals who share a common passion for faith, spirituality, and social justice.From the moment we first set foot inside its doors, we were greeted with warmth and open arms. The congregants and clergy have made it their mission to create an inclusive environment that embraces diversity in all its forms. One of the most remarkable aspects of Ramat Shalom is its commitment to celebrating and respecting different traditions and backgrounds. Whether we are observing Shabbat, celebrating Jewish holidays, or engaging in social activities, there is a strong sense of unity that transcends any differences among us. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ramat Shalom in Florida and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I stepped foot on the premises, I was greeted with warmth and a sense of inclusivity that made me feel right at home.The staff at Ramat Shalom are truly exceptional, demonstrating a genuine passion for their work and a deep commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive community. Whether it was the rabbi, the educators, or the administrative staff, everyone I encountered went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was memorable and meaningful.One aspect of Ramat Shalom that stood out to me was the emphasis on education and personal growth. The synagogue offers a wide range of educational programs and classes for people of all ages, allowing individuals to deepen their understanding of Jewish traditions, history, and spirituality. The educators are knowledgeable, engaging, and truly invested in the growth and development of their students.The services at Ramat Shalom are also something to behold. Both of my children were baby named here. Rabbi Andrew is incredible along with all of the staff! Miss Lindsay, Ana, and the ECC team have created a wonderful environment for children to thrive. I used to be the director of a school, so I had extremely high expectations. Ramat Shalom is the best place for my children to thrive and I’m so happy to be a part of this amazing community.

New Cantor with a beautiful voice. Very personable Rabbi. Small congregation but growing area. This is a Reconstruction Synagogue. If you are used to Conservative Judism, you will know the songs and prayers.
