Publix is my favorite grocery store. Always clean and well stocked. Delicious items in the bakery, deli, with readymade food you can grab and go if in a hurry. Publix carries the widest variety of foods of any chain I've been in. And don't get me started about a sub from the deli. Pub subs are the absolute best subs of everywhere! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Publix is always my first choice.

Staff is very accommodating
Cashiers are patient waiting for price checks & mentions if any of my items are BOGO just incase
Sometimes I'll ask for the wasabi to be removed from the pack of sushi & the chef even wipes away any residue
Everybody is quick to grab any item I need off the top shelf

My first worst experience at Publix! This small girl, dark hair, with cat eye makeup, looks like she’s 16 or no more than 19 years old… gave me the hardest time just because I wanted to buy some alcohol. I needed to buy those mini champagnes for my employees first day… and I had to do a quick stop get those.. first she took a look at my ID and she noticed it was expired, because she said it was expired, which I know already… I get it the problem was that I told her that I forgot to grab some lemons and water, so I went back and then when I came back to pay, she asked my ID again and this time I couldn’t buy it. Why was it different at this time? So that girl just made me waste my time! Why didn’t she just said I couldn’t buy it, because my ID was expired and I’d move my business elsewhere ??♀️ I’m clearly over 30 years old, but I get it you have to ID, but why not saying anything on the first place? So she just wasted my time, and I was already late, and then I bought the champagne at another Publix. ??♀️??♀️??♀️
