I had a very disappointing experience at the Publix pharmacy. The customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional. The staff seemed disorganized especially a staff by name Franchesca. How could can employee even suggested a customer is auto medicating??. The lack of professionalism could affect an overall all review. they were dismissive and unwilling to address my concerns thoroughly. It felt like they prioritized convenience for themselves over providing quality care. I didn’t have more options that transferred all my prescriptions to somewhere else and closed my account.
This experience was far below the standard I expect from Publix. I hope they take steps to improve their pharmacy operations and customer service.

I had to go to the pharmacy. The supermarket is very organized and clean. Very well stocked but the pharmacy service is terrible. Totally apathetic and bad-tempered people. I hope I never have to return to this pharmacy. It was out of obligation that I had to do it today on the recommendation of the nurse where my wife was.

I want to understand if this place does not have product or it is that employees does not want to take care of customer experience. I had been coming and coming to this place to buy products at Deli, specifically fried chicken or wing non spicy and always their response is that they does ko have available. Maybe I can understand this situation, once or twice, but all time, there is something wrong. It that is not enough, the treatment and customer service on that area is horrible. Employees are rude and disrespectful. Corporate should send an incestigation to secret shoopers to this store to find out how the cuatomers are being treated.

Publix is an excellent store, generally run by top notch management, employees are always visible stocking shelves etc. Most seem very knowledgeable on where items are located.

I visit this publix frequently, and each time, some of the daily workers give me an unnecessary attitude all the time. Some of the women are not very nice, and then this one older short gentleman shaved balled head with glasses. Served me yesterday, and he didn't even greet me or say hello to me when he was ready to serve me, and it made the interaction very awkward. As customers, we should be treated with respect and common courtesy. The daily staff should work on just having common courtesy towards each individual shopper's and not just to those they feel deemed to give respect and acknowledgment to.

This publix is great customer service is awesome, there are always great deals.
They also have some of the best sushi and poke bowls that are made daily by their sushi chef.
