Rude and unprofessional. There is a pharmacist, a black woman, who brushes me aside only because I tried to find out how much my medication was on GoodRx. She said she needs to help other customers, but I was a customer as well and I was not done. I waited for my turn like everyone else, yet I didn’t get the equal service just because I have a ACCENT.That must be the reason, because she was very nice to others. I will never use this place again where there is a double standard in how the people with or without accents are treated. Shame!

Rude ~ I have filled prescriptions here for a while and the one assistant tall black girl Jules with glasses so UNPROFESSIONAL ~ last time I was in she yells out my prescription name in front of others. I think that is really private information. I asked her quitely to not do that again.Well she remembered me:I just went and picked up a prescription and I dropped my wallet with my credit cards and her & Dora the pharmacist apparently thought this was funny, laughing when I looked up, I mean, I just find that very rude, not professional! I’m sure I am not the only one they do this to.

I wouldn't recommend buying any made sandwiches have the deli counter make one for you. I bought Turkey Sliders today, and when I opened it up, this what I saw, can they spare the cheese, talk about cheap, who ever making it must think it's there pay check will be effective. I once bought sandwich which I never will again, they had one leaf of wilted lettuce. So I thought this would be better, next time I'll wait it long line to have hero, grinder or sub whatever you call it, they make the best always a long line, but you can't beat there sandwiches. This is the new Publix they rebuild, with long aisle and nicely stocked. They have Starbucks incase you need a fix on caffeine. The store is clean, along with shelves nicely organized, they have self checkout, with assistance if needed. They also have few registered man for checkout. To bad there ready to buy sandwiches they can't make better.

Long wait times, they do not use pickup desk. Minimum 20-30 minutes wait every time. Prepayment do not show up in system. Manager rude and unprofessional. Changed to other publix.

This Publix location is the main anchor of a neighborhood shopping plaza. It was built when the community needed a new grocery store many years ago and was recently supposed to undergo a major renovation until Covid struck. I think they put it on hold for now which is good so it does not make the other Publix markets nearby more crowded. The parking lot is pretty big and easy to navigate. They have shopping carts at both entrances. There is cart sanitizing wipes at both entrances. The bakery is very big and they even have an Einstein Bagel kiosk. Their seafood department has a good variety of fish and shellfish as well as some pre packaged smoked seafood items. The produce area is usually well stocked and also has a great variety organic fruits and veggies. They do not have a liquor store at this location but the beer and wine section is quite expansive and I can usually find some unique wines at decent prices. My only pet peeve from this location is that the grab and go section is not well stocked before lunchtime. I feel that if you advertise grab and go sandwiches, they would have they stocked for quick shopping. I am not sure when the renovation will take place but I am looking forward to having an updated local Publix market.

I ordered two wraps from the Deli located in the Publix on Cleary and Nob Hill. I've ordered subs from this location in the past and have been very satisfied. The wraps, however, were TERRIBLE! One was supposed to have turkey and the other should have been roast beef. There was so little meat in these wraps. I actually had to pull the wraps apart to see if they forgot to put the meat in them. I will never order wraps from this Publix again. I called this order in and gave one star because the order was ready on time. Too bad the wraps were HORRIBLE!

Can the deli please train the sub counter staff? I've stopped getting subs here because the deli always uses Publix brand roast beef to make my sandwich when I specifically request Boar's Head. There's a huge difference in taste, texture and color between the two and you're not fooling anyone.

Coated medicine 3 times the price I would have paid with other pharmacies. Don’t process insurance properly

You don't have enough disabled parking. And don't tell me you meet the minimum required by law. Those minimums underestimate what's truly needed. I will never give any store more than one star if I can never get a disabled parking space.

This Publix in general is usually pretty good, however today Ms Whitfield at the checkout threw my groceries in the bags. Bananas bruise very easily and I appreciate when the checkout clerk is more gentle with my food. Maybe she was having a bad day but I should not take the brunt of it.

I had a highly disappointed experience by the customer service I received at this Publix today. I question a produce price today at check out. When an employee went to check the price she came back and told me "the produce manager told her that she told me the price and policy." I never spoke to the produce manager. I felt embarrassed and was made out to be a liar In front of employees and other customers. I have never received a treatment like this before in any Publix.

You have an assistant store manger that needs to be given the award of the year, I am from New Jersey moved here in 2003 and have been in many of your stores..... Alex I hope that is his name, is the only person I have ever come into contact that actually cares and is proactive with his customers concerns and needs. With all the pressures your employees are under right now and stress of risking their wellbeing this man has gone above and beyond his position to make a difficult situation correct. I placed an online order yesterday for the deli at 8:30 am to be picked up at 11:30am when I got there my order was not there. They told me people where order 4-6 of ham or turkey at a time. Well I had surgery last week so I was unable to move or get out until yesterday. I was annoyed that one person was rude and wouldn't acknowledge me at the deli another just told me she couldn't see the order and they were all sold out. I got milk and cereal and left. After getting home ..... I called the store asked for the manger and Alex was persistent to take care of me and help. I called to say you need to limit each family to 2 lbs this is horrible what people are doing. He proceeds to tell me that they are and they also have a delivery from boars head today. He said please give me your name and number I will get your order for and take care of you. He apologized even though it was not his fault. However this manager is someone that I can't believe how kind understanding and really has a love for his job. The fact that he went above and beyond doing his job shocked me. There are very few people in this world like him with so much compassion and understanding and during times like these most would say I am sorry we are just running low. Not Alex took charged, made it happened and said we here at Publix make it our responsibility make sure our customers are happy and are treated with respect. This is someone I would want running all my stores if I had a large company like yours to show his managers how to really help and respect customers. I know he truest values his job and has such a passion and kindness. I wanted to call the corporate office to complain and now I am contacting you praise your assistant store manager. He avoided the corporate office from getting A complaint and really took charge as an manager should do. I don't think I have ever been treated that way by any store or a manger for that matter they normally just blow you off. Not your assistant Alex he takes charge and more importantly during a time where our whole country is under so much stress. When someone is that honorable they need to be recognized for their hard work and effort. More importantly how this man is really playing a major part in your company to help people. Which such kindness and compassion. I can write more but I hope I have gotten my point across that he is the only person I have ever dealt with In publix since I have moved to this state that is absolutely amazing employee. I sure hope he hear of this soon and he doesn't goes unnoticed for his effort he brings to your company as employee. I know you have many but as I have mentioned there have been many times I have had issues with this store and never complained but we are all stressed with the situation and for someone to remain so polite, and kind should not be dismissed of his hard work he is doing for your company. Thank you again Alex for your help. Keep doing what you are doing even when you have to some people that are unkind. You are not only making a major impact on people lives during this stressful time but you are really making a major impact on people's lives, even if it's one person.

I don't know if it was intentional or not but the man at the lottery counter shorted me $10. I should have counted the money before I left the counter but will make it a point to going forward. No matter where you are make sure you count your change before leaving the counter!
