I switched my perscription to publix, Jacaranda plaza to comply with my insurance. Big mistake. First perscription filled there I was told that I could not see or know what type of medication was in the bag until I signed the HIPA pad. The young ladies in the pharmacy were rude and uniformed. Worst experience ever.
I went back to walmart pharmacy the same day.

I don't really like to write a review, but this girl named Jannel works at the pharmacy made me do so.This is actually the third time I deal with her, she has really bad attitude and she has no people nor customer skills, no manors, because of her I will have to change the pharmacy.

Just left Publix to get a spicy falafel wrap from there for the first time and...I have so many questions. So, I asked Latoya (the one serving me) if I will choose the spicy falafel - they at least had them, unlike the other Publixes I go to. She puts 6 in there and places them in the heater for 30 seconds. She asked me which bread; I forgot I never said the word "wrap". She said "wrap?" and I said "Yes". She with 22 seconds left on the heater, she takes them out, takes 3 out - she there 1 in the trash and places the other 2 back in the container that the cold falafels were in.Even though those 2 falafels were warmed for 8 seconds, putting 2 8-second warm falafels in a container of cold falafels is a MASSIVE HEALTH VIOLATION. On top of what, why was 1 falafel thrown out? That falafel did nothing wrong. I noticed and didn't say anything in person and didn't want to make a scene or anything since I was semi-rushing for a bus, so I just ordered what I want it, didn't get any tzatziki in mine sadly since it was supposed to be in it, and left.

if i can put zero star i will sheena customer service manger is horrible nasty attitude out of this world !! she is nasty don't never go here . i hope they find a new replacement!!! lj was always my favorite but i guess sheena has him being a wing man . rudest chick ever !!! i would never deal with her again !!!

My husband and I have been customers of this Publix for many years, even when they were located at the other side of this plaza. The store is clean and well stocked. Most of the employees are very helpful. Many times the wait time is long at the deli. What made me come here to write a review is the service at the pharmacy. Our health insurance this year started a new system to obtain the over the counter products that are part of our benefits. Publix is one of the providers listed to use. In January my husband went there toget some items and when he provided the card from the health insurance that has to be scanned, he was informed that it didn't go through. When he came home, I called the insurance, Preferred Care Partners, and they confirmed that Publix is a participant. So yesterday at the pharmacy after waiting there being ignored, with no other customers before him, he again attempted to buy just one item. When he handed the man the card, without him doing anything with it, he stated that they do not take it. Only because my husband was adamant, a woman employee came over, scanned the card and it worked without any problem.

To place an order to have a sub made up is horribly slow! Go to Subways it will get done fast! But shopping there is wonderful... but expensive.... forget the deli they are so slow

I am not to give an opinion of a place for a single person; but in this case the employee directs the others. the attention in the deli is terrible, I spent 30 minutes waiting for a roast chicken; To be attended I had to go to customer service. gentlemen of the publix must improve this department.

Just got done shopping at this location. I realized I hadn’t brought my debit card and only has $100 in cash. DEBBIE the cashier literally took out change from her pocket because I was a few coins shy of the bill and was about to run to the car for change. She told me that I didn’t need to come back to repay her so I wanted to give her a Giant SHOUTOUT for the kind of customer service that keeps consumers like me coming back to an establishment over and over again! She was working with a brace on her hands and I just thought that her spirit of giving is in line with what a family corporation is about! I’m beyond grateful for her thoughtfulness and I hope she’s recognized for the 10 star caliber employee and human that she is! Thanks Debbie!

never had issues filling prescriptions at publix in bradenton or orlando, i moved here and all of a sudden the pharmacist is refusing to fill prescriptions i’ve been taking for years and making my life even more difficult. mind you the prescriptions aren’t even controlled substances.

Tired of waiting for a Miserable Sloth from a Third World Country who can barely speak English to make my sub at Publix. I even told the manager as people were walking out and he went over to the open fridge section where he actually hid like a little coward instead of helping to rectify the situation.
