Been going here for years I get my pedicures with Ethan and when he’s not available Ana but TODAY I walked in for a soak off and manicure and they gave me Sicilia NEVER AGAIN the way she left my nails uneven and misshaped, she broke my two of my nails and when I said something about it she was dismissive and deflecting. Then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to pay before she painted my nails ummmm since when!? I ALWAYS pay when my service is complete! UNSATISFIED is an understatement! But enjoy the pics of my RAGGEDY nails!!

This is the best nail salon I have ever been too. The front desk folks are very friendly and accommodating. Holly and Ann are my technicians, and they are both wonderful!

First time in here, I’m normally very picky with my nails. I had Bentley as my tech he took his time to make sure my nails were perfect.
Loved them if anytime goes please go see Bentley. Excellent job done by him. I got the builder gel on my natural nails.

LOVE this nail lounge. I refuse to go to any other one.
Cleanliness: This place is always clean and they always use clean tools.
Stylist: I always go to either Tammy or Tin Tin. They NEVER leave me disappointed!
Tammy is great at making simple designs on nails and is very precise when doing your nails.
Tin Tin is quick but precise, and always makes the best suggestions on what colors will look great on you.

After waiting 30 minutes, they tell me I’m next. They bring me to a chair and soak my feet. 20 more minutes pass I’m sitting there. I watch the next three walk ins get taken and started on as I’m sitting there soaking my feet. I walked out at that point. Will never return.

I would have been patient if I hadn't seen literally other people after me get serviced.

It's my third time as a bad experience in December, the first one was horrible, my nails were ugly, they did it in deep, someone else had to fix it on day 2, the second I asked for French, they made them white and yesterday I was there and today it's gone. Broken, every time I go I pay 55 or 65 dollars, I leave 10 as a tip and I really don't think I'm going to come back again. I've never wanted to write complaints because I'm not interested in causing harm but it's the third time, enough. I have been through 4 different people, only one really works well.

Third time coming to this location and I’m very disappointed. I keep giving this place a chance and I feel I leave more disappointed each time. Dips and a pedicure and honestly both came out very amateur, even cut the skin in my thumb. The lady that did my nails was also giving me attitude for no reason. Complete Shame and so unacceptable when you pay for a service and tip!

I was a walk in after leaving my prior nail salon dissatisfied & the from t desk here was extremely professional & attentive. I was assigned Lucas & he was also extremely professional, clean & very attentive. He took his time and did an excellent job! The only negative is the price for dip is a little higher than I would like to pay..but for now I will definitely be retuning to Lucas.
