These people are crooks and liars. I took my Acura MDX in there for a diagnostic they came back 10 minutes later told me my compressor was bad wasn't the compressor. It was the condenser charge me $80 for nothing, then disrespect me on the cell phone without handing a receipt back after paying money for the diagnostic, bad business disrespectful, bad customer service all in general if you want to be a dummy bring your car to this company these people are trailer trash

My car was overheating, i took it to Plantation Firestone, and they knew exactly what was wrong and got it fixed. I haven't had the issue since then without changing my radiator.

Bad Reviews are correct they take forever to give you an estimate and try to upsale you on things you don’t need when I was leaving they brought my car to the front of the shop and as I was leaving I noticed my keys were missing they took my keys inside with them and laughed about it horrible experience scam shop CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Bad Reviews are correct they take forever to give you an estimate and try to upsale you on things you don’t need when I was leaving they brought my car to the front of the shop and as I was leaving I noticed my keys were missing they took my keys inside with them and laughed about it horrible experience scam shop CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!

NOT RELIABLE, NO QUALITY CONTROL. I brought my car in for bodywork after an accident. The damage was to the right passenger side fender, the hood was damaged, and the frame needed to be straightened. It took three weeks for the alleged completion. I finally drove the car home and the following day noticed oil or transmission stans under my front end. I took the car to a local shop. Upon examination, both transmission hoses (which had been damaged in the accident) were leaking; additionally, the mechanics had not connected a vacuum hose, and the radiator overflow tank was missing--the hose leading to where the tank was supposed to go plugged with a screw. Upon further examination, they did not connect the front grill, which was not attached to the frame, nor was the lower part of replaced fender secured by a nut and bolt to the upper part. The body shop also failed to connect the right fender turn signal light. The windshield washer was disconnected during repairs and also not reconnected. To add insult to injury, when the transmission lines were replaced, no one checked the transmission fluid level, and it turned out to be 2 Qts low. It also took four months for the radiator tank to be replaced with a used one. My numerous conversations with Kenny, the owner, were unpleasant.

Great service and very transparent with what was repaired. Marc was extremely nice and detailed to work with. Saved me several hundred dollars vs local Chevy dealer. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting the job done right and not get ripped off on the cost.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Dropped off my radiator for repair. Didn't hear from them for three weeks would not return my calls. So I had to drive there . I was told it would be ready the next day at least a dozen times. They had it for approximately 3 months. I got it back and it still leaked and it was 1/4 inch wider. They put in a new core and it is wider so it was tough to reinstall. When I took it back it took an additional two weeks to get repaired. They were nice and polite I just think they are over their heads and should not be running a business. I spent over 500 bucks to have it repaired Should have spent 700 on a new one. Never again

I have been going to Plantation Radiator & AC for the past few years to have my 2020 Silverado serviced. My son has been using them for over 6 yrs to service his 02 Tahoe & now his 2018 Silverado. Honest & thorough!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Watch out !!! Worst auto shop ever all the owner Kenny does is lie. If they say it’s your evaporator it’s a lie they tell everyone it’s the evaporator to charge you a lot when it’s a simple leak. They will play with your car as long as you let them. Not trust worth very unethical and dishonest..

Called early am 1 morning looking for a quote on a ac compressor. Kenny was quick with a price that was reasonablly fair.
