Great customer service during the entire buying process. Michael steered us to the best possible deal on our new car, finding rebates, incentives and incredibly low interest rates that we were unaware of before coming in. We ended up spending less than we had planned and that is awesome!!!

ZERO STARS if it allowed it. First they sell a new wrecked explorer as new to my friend, after washing it he notices paint repairs, then takes it back only to get another formerly wrecked new explorer, and these are what they call "New cars", finally he got a decent new one that still had a amateur touch ups on it. . A few years later I take my F250 diesel in because the engine light is on, new vehicle covered by warranty, they charge me $175 and tell me I was filling the fuel tank while the vehicle was moving, which is impossible and did not happen. I traded it in the next day on a RAM and will never own a Ford again.

I recently visited Plantation Ford for service and had a fantastic experience thanks to Angel, my service advisor. He is by far the best I've encountered during my multiple visits. Angel is friendly, well-spoken, and places a strong emphasis on communication. He kept me informed at every step of the process, which made me feel valued as a customer. I appreciate his attentiveness and willingness to answer all my questions. I will definitely be returning to Plantation Ford and specifically requesting Angel for my future service needs. Highly recommend!
