Please do not take your car. Terrible service at the body shop, I took my Nissan Rogue recommendation from Weston Nissan, my car was there for more than 6 weeks and then I had to take it two more times due to poor work, the repairs involved changing a tire and aligning, checking the break-in, conclusion. They changed the tire but the noise continues even more than before it was fixed. It should be noted that the insurance paid for everything without any delay. I called to tell them that the noise persists. They told me that they took it back and said they would have no objection to it. pay, when the insurance had already paid to fix it. They also delivered the car with fillings that it did not have.

Worst experience EVER!!! Brought my car here for service and they kept saying they fixed it...broke down on side of road 4 times because they didn't thoroughly test. Blamed this on the diagnostics even though the problem was a known issue after I researched on the internet. They said they were not aware. They lie, lie, lie DONT bring your car here to be fixed

I had the best experience buying a new car at Plantation Ford. From Joe, the sales consultant, to Brian in Accessories, and Winston in Finance, they made the process smooth and easy. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Plantation Ford for your next vehicle purchase.

I had gotten into a car accident and needed quick fixing so Jackie from (body shop) and her team helped me with the whole process and made everything so quick and easy that i was in and out within 30 mins with a driver waiting for me outside to take me to the nearest rental company to get a car in the meantime

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I brought my Lincoln here because a hose came loose (see picture). They had my car for over 7 WEEKS. Told me my motor was good (I have video recording) and I needed a starter, battery and battery cable $940. Julie called and said car is fixed and ready to go. Pulled 15 feet out of parking lot and car died and motor started knocking. Picture included is my car sitting for at least 2 weeks outside, hood open and raining EVERY DAY. Mark Ruffo (service manager) claims that's how it was when I brought it in. Colby Ferch (General Manager) ghosted me after blaming ME for the problems. All I asked for was a refund on my last service since they lied to me. If they told me the motor was hydrolocked, why would I replace a starter and battery? I've emailed the CEO Mike and of course, no response. The incompetence and lack of caring is very disturbing. Now, I will file a formal complaint with Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services and Ford Headquarters. Dispute all charges at the bank. Leave reviews whereever I can and tell my lawyer to file a lawsuit. This will cost them more than it would have. VERY ANGRY and this place should be held accountable. Consumer's need more protection from frauds like this. I recommend Grieco Ford. They were very professional!

This has to be the worst service center and the worst customer service ever. I will never ever buy Ford again. Ever. I've had a car for 3 months and they serviced it 3 times and they couldn't get the repair right 3 times! Then the next time they wanted to charge for the the repair they didn't get right!! Stay away! Especially from the guy named Angel. Worst customer service rep I've ever had the experience of working with.

Contacted the parts department to ask about a part for my 2013 Ford F150. Guy put me on hold twice without saying anything I'm asking him if he's even still there he's not even speaking to me and literally I was on the phone with them for 10 minutes and I got nothing resolved. Horrible customer service. I don't know why they close down in Pompano Ford Hwy The dumbest decision.

I am new to the area and was looking for service at a dealer. I scheduled a service appointment with them. I am also considering purchasing a vehicle for my wife. When I arrived there were four people in the service dept. the guy who spoke to me seemed indifferent. He told me the guy who was scheduled to help me was scheduled for lunch at the same time my appointment was for. I was instructed to wait by his desk. Then the gentleman came in and was helping another customer. He told me he would assist me when he finished. I stood there waiting for longer than I cared for. A man in a white shirt came and asked a service person if I was helped. They told him I was and then walked away. I left! I called sawgrass Ford and they are booked out three weeks. They squeezed me in their schedule for the next day. Today I went to sawgrass Ford and was treated as a valued potential customer. The service tech I was scheduled to meet was late. So, a different service guy helped me and he had a great attitude. That is how it should be done! I will take any future business there. I will take professionalism every time.

I called expressing interest on an specific auto make/model. The saleswoman called me back, showed no interest and tried to rush me to the dealer to get the car since it was on stock. We made an appointment and the day before such I called to confirm. She told me they were sold. I asked her if she had any other autos available for us to look and she told me nope. I guess this dealer sold sales the cars in one day! ALL OF THEM? Wow, what an attentive service...

Stay Away from this dealership. I just spent lots of money on a brand new truck.... On my way home 18 miles from the dealership, a piece flew off the truck... The manager Brandon and Sales person John were no help at all....and they are blaming me and they don't want to honor this defect under warranty....I can't express the level of disappointment and frustration.....
