I have used this store for 20 plus years. Today five big guys working in the store. Not one person asked me, a 63 year old woman, if I needed help with carry out. 8/25/24. I posted this originally in June. Went in today and the customer service has become even worse. I'm done.

Went to buy a filter and the associate said sorry don't have it that a "Generico". Didn't offer any suggestions and turned around and started talking to another customer. Left me hanging and bad customer service.

We have been going here for years and is it definitely a family-owned business that will do almost anything to help you? I highly recommend this particular Penny Mitch and his mother are always there and very helpful. The staff they have are great and can't say enough good things about the store.

Absolutely the worse disrespectful worker his name is Lucas. !! I called in to buy few things for my pool. And told him I am 8 min away. At 5:35 pm. They close at 6. So when I realized there is traffic and I will arrive 5:58 I called to ask him to get things ready so I don’t take his time. A young man a dared the phone was very nice that was not Lucas. Anyway when I got to the store I met this guy with a beard looked super agitated , and I asked him can I also get a pool shocker he goes that’s why I didn’t want to do this. I was like. He said I don’t have time to answer questions so I said ok it was just a question and should answer me instead of arguing with me he said get out go shop somewhere else. This is my neighborhood. How dare you hire incompetent person? No manners what do ever. I am never returning again and I will file a complaint. With the BBB.I also stated to him that I am a US ARMY VETERN He has zero respect. Please if you reading this and love your veterans. Do NOT support that store until Lucas is fired.He is white with a very long beard. Avoid him at all. Cost seems to be under the influence.

This store is well stocked. And staff is always courteous and attentive. They are knowledgeable as well about pool management. Highly recommended.
