“Clean, friendly staff, and big selections. Just disappointing on stocking, as quite a few items will be sold out for days and their deli/hot food area seems understaffed. Their sub stations vary on available people (causing big lines), their dipping sauces are regularly out of stock, some sandwiches aren’t in stock (no meatballs, missing sauces, waiting on slicing meats, etc).
But overall they’re my preferred Publix due to size and location and quality products. Just some room for improvement.”

“After shopping here for 30 years and even working my first Florida job in a Publix pharmacy, Publix is still "Where shopping is a pleasure"11/4/23 still a pleasure just costs more everywhere. 1/4/24- a little hiccup with a deli order but by no means a catastrophe. 5/14/24 Employees are just soooooo friendly and helpful!!!”
“I love this store. This store is very organized , clean and the staff is amaizingly courteous helpful and they have a huge selection of everything in this store. My favorite cashier is Brayton he is the best and amaizing. He is fast and makes sure everything is put in correctly in the bag without smushing anything. I live closer to another win Dixie yet i travel to this one because of how every employee here is. Great job guys”

“Quick and friendly, knows everyone who comes in by name. I use to get my medication from Publix Pharmacy and my doctor's office sent my rx renewal here by accident. After an all day back and forth with Publix, my doc office, and the insurance company we figured it was sent to the wrong place. It was a happy accident because Prescription Pad Pharmacy filled the rx faster and cheaper than Publix normally does on a good day. I ended up transferring all my scripts to them. I wish the online experience was better but not enough to go anywhere else, refilling over the phone is honestly faster than pulling up the website anyway.”
“Pharmacist is a horrible man. Would not fill my prescription. Told me I would have to turn all my prescriptions over to him or he would not fill my prescription. I needed it very badly but he didn’t care. Real piece of trash!”

All the staff are very helpful, they provide help with professionalism, kindness and respect, this is very rarely seen lately. “It's a mom-and-pop atmosphere, so you get the extra care and attention. I take 12 prescriptions and they handle that quantity with no problem I left Walmart to go with this pharmacy, it was a very good choice for me.”
“Extremely knowledgeable pharmacists and tech's. They will help you understand why you need to take the meds that have been prescribed and answer any of your questions. One thing that all of us need to remember is that the pharmacist does not make the rules..... they have to follow the rules and they're not gonna lose their job breaking the rules for anyone.”
“I’m not sure where these bad reviews are coming from. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Brown and I loved him. He was one of my favorite doctors I came across as he actually spoke to me like a real person and I didn’t feel like a patient.
For the person stating he works with the insurance company, doesn’t understand how insurance carriers work. They make it difficult for patients to get treatment and the doctors have to do what they can to show proof of medical necessity. That’s literally completely out of his hands. I work in medical billing for an ortho surgical center and wish that our ortho doctors were as sufficient as Dr. Brown.
Needless to say, he is a great doctor and I would refer him to anyone who needs ortho treatment.”

“This is a small store they are not practicing social distancing the isle are too small. They have paper towel which are way over priced but as most they are taking advantage of they low supplies in demand so you have not choice but to pay for it. That was they only thing I was able to find no rubbing alcohol, wet ones Or antibacterial wipes like the website stated. They do have baby wipe and toilets wipe , just not toilet paper This store could use some new shopping cart and good clean up. Over all this was a ineffective trip to”
“I signed up for Aetna Medicare program. CVS does a program for health solutions OTCHS. It was extremely easy to find the products and have them pay for them. I would definitely recommend us.”

“Just got done shopping at this location. I realized I hadn’t brought my debit card and only has $100 in cash. DEBBIE the cashier literally took out change from her pocket because I was a few coins shy of the bill and was about to run to the car for change. She told me that I didn’t need to come back to repay her so I wanted to give her a Giant SHOUTOUT for the kind of customer service that keeps consumers like me coming back to an establishment over and over again! She was working with a brace on her hands and I just thought that her spirit of giving is in line with what a family corporation is about! I’m beyond grateful for her thoughtfulness and I hope she’s recognized for the 10 star caliber employee and human that she is! Thanks Debbie!”

“Good pharmacy been going there for a couple years now one of very few pharmacys that will "always make sure" to carry "my meds"
Alex the main guy/ pharmacist is nice and so are the girls that work there.. only thing i don't like is that they are closed on weekends you gotta work around that sometimes.. other then that yes id recommend them”
