I am tired of traveling to this store to see the same results empty refrigerator for Vital Food, keep asking the manager and hear the same story this week. I wonder when this week finally arrives cause made my last trip time to start going to Petco or Pet Supplies also carry's the same food, but this place was closer, and all I do is waste my time and gas. BYE!

PETS PETS PETS...As far as pets go this is an awesome giant pet store dedicated to dogs, cats, fish, reptiles and guinea pigs. They have every type of food, toy, carrying cages and living quarters for all types of pets. On site pet grooming and training areas. Massive bags of feed available in addition to smaller portioned bags. Basically, dogs on the right and cats on the left. Fish and reptiles in front left. Great place for personal pets or to grab a pet gift. Will return to this store.

was put on hold for 20 mins after I told the lady I've called multiple times to get an appointment for my cat that had been throwing up for awhile... the membership is truly a waist of money.

I've been buying the 150 box of Top Paw dog pads for quite a few years now but since the pandemic I've noticed these boxes are not packaged the same. The top layer which is usually packed solid were package loosely looking like quite a few were missing. Out of the whole box I also found 5 pads damaged so I wasn't able to use those, & the plastic edges on every pad were creased in such a way that they didn't keep the urine from going on to the floor. Very disappointed in the packaging & not sure if I will take a chance on buying another box

I'm not sure if they even bathed my dog- she still had paint in her ears and sleep in her eyes. My main reason for having my dog washed was because her anal glance was starting to smell and it states that anal glance draining in included in the process, I also mentioned that it needs cleaning before she went in for her appointment. When I came to pick her up, her bum was still smelly and when I asked about it, they said they did clean it a bit but I have to take her to the vet to do it, why is it then advertised as part of the procedure? She didn't even smell like she had a bath even though she was a bit wet. She was terrified after we picked her up and extremely anxious. What a waste of money.

I was actually threatened by a so called manager last night at the Pinole Ca on Fitzgerald location. All because my friend and I both noticed that some of the cats were out of water and they frequently are. So Jennifer copped major attitude with me and threatened to meet me outside after work to beat me up. FOR REAL!! I called Pinole police but they never showed and I called corporate. She better be fired!!!

groomers "have this thing we do" and don't care what you want. I will not go back to Petsmart to have my dog groomed.

Took my dog in for a nail trim, this staff went above and beyond to get my baby back in pedipaw condition. She was nervous so they took extra time and patience with her. They told me some great things to do w her to help during this heatwave we've had in So Flo and even helped me find a fab comb for her. I can't recommend these great groomers enough. Thank you !!

I asked online if a veteran discount was available. I was promptly and proudly informed that a 10% discount was available to veterans on Tuesdays.What seems odd is that they feel that Tuesdays is the only day of the week when one is a veteran. Other companies that offer veterans discount consider them veterans every day of the week. I was never told that I was a soldier only one day of the week. This perk is offensive and disrespectful of the military.
