You know what? As soon as you come in there's a smile. Then you see the puppies and dogs in the aisles, you see them looking at your with HELP ME in their eyes during grooming. You can't beat it. It's like watching funny animals live for 20min to grab some pet food

The store is new and so far its nice and clean with attentive associates.. picked up a few fish (aquariums looled pretty well kept) and some pet food.. it's a good addition to the area with some better pricing than other local stores..

Easy to shop online/on the app and pick up in store (often at a discount!) Decent rewards program. This location sometimes seems a bit thinly staffed, but employees are competent and helpful and make an effort to ensure everyone gets taken care of.
