Based on ZIP code provided by USPS, sender dropped off at this location.Package is missing and it was never scanned into system.How hard is it to remember to scan a package?

I wanted to write this review more than a year ago but never sat down to do it....There is a reason that this store keeps getting 5-start positive reviews. Javier is super professional, patient and detail oriented. I've mailed several very important packages and he made sure to deliver them on time without any issue. I'll keep coming to this place for mailing anything.

If you are looking for professional, affordable and friendly service look no further then Sunrise Postal Center. I had to send a 24 page Fax and Sunrise Postal Center had the most affordable prices then any of their larger competitors. I recommend them highly.

I initially left a 1 star review as I went there to have an urgent fax sent because the FedEx office was closed for whatever reason and this was the nearest I could find that had a 5 star review but they too were closed despite the open times posted on the door. The owner responded advising the reason for the closure and I have deleted that one star review. My intention was not to hurt this business review standing. I certainly left it out of frustration for the situation I was in, which was not fair and I offer my apologies.

Carlos runs THE best postal center I have ever used. He is kind, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. When he said he would “take care of us” and get our 10 packages out at affordable pricing he did just that. If I lived here he would be my go to guy.
