I had a problem with a Wix oil filter.Georgia went on and above to handle the problem.Best customer service I’ve seen in my 60 years of car ownership.I called corporate first and still have not responded with a real person.

Phillip the manager is a great person and very helpful. Thank you for your service service. I installed my air in take valve. Which was easy to do for a female.

I purchased a headlight bulb from this location and the tech replaced the broken one. He said that all the techs do this, including parts such as wipers and batteries. He was literally a life saver because I was traveling alone and it was raining horrifically and getting dark.
