Opi is a bit pricey but it's my go to for now. Erica's is not tech and she takes her time which I love. Salon itself is very nice and clean.

so we had a walk-in that escalated way out of control for no good reason. my mom likes this place, and i went with her knowing they don't "do anything crazy" but asked for a set with a couple rhinestones, which they assured me they could do. mom wanted a refill which they emphasized is different than getting a new set. (important later) i have to wait until she's almost done for an artist that can take me. nbd. i start explaining where i want the rhinestones and the shape i want. they say long nails cost extra so i say i don't want long nails. but i stop them when they're pushing back my cuticles to clarify that i still want the acrylic base for shaping. at this point my nail artist gets visibly upset with me and says they can't do that since they already started a manicure and it would cost 10 more. my mom is paying, and i was sat pretty far away from her, so i just explain that i would prefer to not pay for the rhinestone set then, and we'd just finish what we already started. i tried to be clear and understanding. i figure that would just end it, but no. my artist starts blaming me for the miscommunication, another tech gets involved to help, and the desk lady jumps in to insist that i knew what i was asking before because it was different than what my mom was getting. (even though before it was different bc she was just refilling an existing set.) idk if they were harassing me to try to make me apologize, or maybe change my mind, but i didn't. i kept politely saying something to the effect of "i understand you now, but that wasn't clear to me before" but they wouldn't stop berating me, and i had already agreed to paying for a service I didn't even want, and i wasn't even being rude about it. so i start to feel like crying and my voice cracks. then my artist LAUGHS at me and just says i should have been more clear about what i wanted before. needless to say, my mom decided she's not going to come here anymore. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ tldr: i let my mom pay and tip for a service i didn't want while my nail tech made me cry. looks ok ig.

I love this place, it’s not fancy but everyone is so nice and they do a great job. Great family atmosphere and they are so good to my elderly mom. I drive from Hollywood to come here, customer for life ! ❤️

I have been going there for a while now, but recently my dip manicure had not been so good. The last two times after 2 weeks the nail broke on the edges. I will not be going back there. The dip is expensive and should last longer.

Didn’t even get the chance to get anything done. I called and asked if they had space for walk in they said yes. Cool as first time customer I was like oh nice place, they sit me down and not even 5 min later the lady tells me she’ll be right back she has to go do eyebrows. Almost 20 min sitting there waiting. Why take a customer if you knew you had to finish service with someone else? Unprofessional. Won’t be back.

Been doing my nails Here for years, since The old location. The service is great, place is always clean, and I am always treated very well. Prices are normal or below other places. They take your time to do what you was for. I highly recommend it! Will be going her for as long as I can.

Highly recommend this nail salon. I've been here 4 times and had a different person every time and each one did a great job. The nails stay on for 2 weeks or more. They offer excellent quality service! Very nice people! Thank you. ?
