“I have been trying for over a week to get custom wood name badges produced. I was working with a different vendor, for over a week to get pricing and production capability questions answered. In addition, I have been trying to get my artwork setup by the vendor for days (I provided artwork and dimensions) without success.Worried the job wouldn't get done, I reached out to Best Name Badges two days ago. This morning they had an artwork proof to ready using my provided artwork and cut file.
