Scam customer service. Jacinta should be retrained or fired. They say they will call back but nobody does.

I know this review will not help me but I hope that it may help others who are considering a Ghost Bed. I purchased a Ghost Bed in late December and it arrived in early January. The bed was not comfortable for me and after several attempts to return the mattress well within the 101 day trial period, a return was set up. The bed was picked up about 3 weeks later. I was expecting a full refund of the bed as indicated when purchased. I also purchased an adjustable base and a warranty for the base. My total cost was about $2600.00 dollars. The refund Ghost Bed offered was $495. I took out an Affirm loan to pay over 2 years. Now after repeated attempts, I seem to be stuck with no bed and a $2100.00 loan to pay off. This includes the cost of the adjustable bed and warranty that I knew upfront was not not refundable.I will file a claim in Civil Court to recoup the money of the mattress. I know full well that my chances of getting them to Court are slim as they will probably ignore any subpoena. This is the shoddiest business practice at the very least. Please beware of Ghost Bed and it's Parent Nature's Sleep.

BUYER BE WARNEDI purchased a mattress for $1,845.21. They advertise a "risk free" trial. I asked to return the mattress after 31 days and they denied the return. Stay far, far away from these crooks.

I am certain that you will be filtering out your poor reviews, however, it should be brought to your attention just how poor the customer service at GhostBed is. This is a total shame, because the product quality is actually excellent.I am a medical doctor who has been recommending your products to my patients for the last year since purchasing the king size GhostBed Luxe. As a nephrologist, many of my patients are on dialysis and suffer from insomnia as well as temperature regulation problems, which further disrupts sleep. I have recommended GhostBed and GhostPillows to over 100 patients suffering with insomnia. Numerous patients of mine who can afford the high price have informed me of improved sleep and sleep comfort due to the combination of the cooling mattress and cooling pillows. These same benefits seem to translate to post-menopausal women as well, which is another group I had previously recommended the product to.My mother received her queen sized GhostBed Luxe shortly after the Black Friday sale. FedEx had delivered it the evening prior in front of the garage, without notifying my parents who were home at the time, without any telephone calls, without any notice. A severe rain storm occurred over night and my parents found the mattress box soaking wet in front of the garage. Both GhostPillows had blown away in the storm. Both pillows were found on neighbor's lawns, both pillows soaking wet.Multiple attempts to deal with GhostBed customer service, supervisor/managers, ended completely fruitless. Their only goal was to redirect to FedEx, where surely the customer would be given the run-around between GhostBed and FedEx. GhostBed declined to deal with the company it had hired to deliver its product to the customer.Once the money is collected by GhostBed, all future interactions with the customer are defensive. There is no goal to ensure the customer is satisfied, only to protect the company's bottom line. With such poor company leadership, a total absence of customer service, this company no longer has my support. I will no longer recommend it to patients and will start steering everybody away from this company, which I can only describe as an EVIL company, full of uncaring people.I have nothing but terrible things to say about the interactions with customer service, especially with the, so called manager, Ryan Connell, who resides in Plantation, Florida. A true piece of human garbage. I feel sorry for anybody who has to interact with this low-intelligence creature.Everybody, do yourselves a favor. Look at GhostBed's reviews on Google and Google Maps before purchasing. You will find my experience was not unique and is a common complaint about GhostBed.Attached is a picture showing how soaked the GhostPillows were when they were found on a neighbor's lawn. Ryan Connell does not care about mothers and wants your mother to sleep on a moldy, sopping wet pillow. The epitome of uncaring.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COMPLY WITH LAWS AND REFUSE REFUNDOn February 17, 2022, I have purchased a mattress from Ghostbed trough their website for an amount of 2,482.89$ and on delivery, they left the mattress in the public lobby of my building even if there were clear indications that parcels shall be left in a secure lockbox which was clearly indicated. As a result of their gross negligence, the mattress got stolen and a police report has been duly completed. Under consumer law, the vendor has the obligation to ensure that the mattress was properly delivered to the consumer, otherwise, the mattress is deemed not to have been delivered. It is clearly the case here.Following such non-deliverance of the mattress, I duly sent legal notice pursuant to the consumer protection act to cancel the purchase and, even after more than 1 month following the theft of the mattress, Ghostbed refuses and neglect to issue a refund even if it is their legal obligation to do so. Ghostbed is INTENTIONALLY INFRINGING CONSUMER LAWS and has no consideration whatsoever, to consumers rights. Their customer service is impolite, rude and does not care at all about my case. They do not answer my emails and when I call them, they offer no explanation whatsoever even if they have been put on legal notice. The law in Quebec is clear, a consumer may cancel the purchase if it has not received the goods it purchased within 30 days of the date of such purchase. The carrier of the goods (in this case, Fedex) has no relationship with myself, as consumer, and therefore, Ghostbed is fully liable for its non-compliance with laws and cannot intend to shift any responsibility to its carrier nor can it delay the issuance of the refund.

Agree with all the bad reviews. Sort by most recent and most of them are bad, that should raise a red flag. I will list what happened to my order and you can decide for yourself. 1. After my pillow got stolen, they submit a fedex investigation, which we all know never "FedEx admits their mistake". In the interim, expect to sleep without a pillow for three weeks. 2. When i decide to go to my bank for refund, they sent out the replacements two weeks later without my consent (you need to pay for shipping if you don't want their replacement, which is $60 bucks for two pillows with USPS) 3. Not only they force the replacement order on me, they told my bank that my package was lost but they sent out a replacement (misleading the bank to think i was the one who wants the replacement) 4. I have tried multiple pillows and their pillows are simply not that different from those 40-50 bucks pillow you can get from amazon. 5. they purposely did not send me the link to add my review and they have the face to say they have a lot of great reviews. 6. 4 out 5 of their customer service i have spoken are rude, including their supervisor. Overall, if you have this kinda of money, why would you want to spend on mediocre products when you have one of the worst customer service, product warranty. I wonder if they pay people to write good reviews. Even without all those dramas, they have mediocre pillows that people can buy for $30-$40 bucks. I regret not reading their yelp reviews. If you want to take chance with them, go ahead. But i will never buy or recommend this business to any of my friends or family.

The salesman (Hispanic guy) lied and said that the mattress was a specially made mattress that they had made yet the tag said Wayfair (i didn’t notice when I examined it, and it was actually being sold on the Wayfair website for $200 less than they were selling it for and they wouldn’t refund my money saying it was a final sale yet it was misrepresented to me. I went back to the store and was threatened with the police and I was calmly asking for either the difference or a full refund and also questioning why he lied to me. I called corporate and of course they stood behind the lie the salesman told me. I will rejoice they day this business closes. They are not a business of integrity or professionalism. I would give them zero stars if it was an option ??????. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!

Absolutely the worst company I have done business with, and one of the few where I am filing a civil and criminal complaint with the state Attorney General's Consumer Affairs office. First, their shipment and delivery window...that came and went, and when I contacted the company to cancel the order since the mattress had not shipped, I was told, "You can't cancel the order." Well, by law, if an item has not shipped, the order can be cancelled. Moving forward...cancer treatment, hospitalizations and as a result, when I was back from the hospital I contacted them to return the mattress due to back and neck pain from it. I was told that we were several days past the 101 day trial period. I told them I was having cancer treatment and even sent a photo of my hospital wrist band. Their response: NONE! They are greedy, and don't care about their clients. I would NEVER recommend them to any person. May they go out of business.

Terrible experience, not a trustworthy fair company. WARNING...DO NOT BUY ONLINE DIRECT... GHOSTBED Ghostbed/Nature's Sleep. Be very careful buying a mattress online from this company. They DO NOT honour their 101-night trial. Find loopholes. My shipment was late a month, when I told them to cancel the order, it arrived within a few days. I was happy that my new close $3000 bed arrived! I tried the bed for a month and found it very uncomfortable, you can feel every movement from your partner. My husband woke up every day with a sore back, it was simply too soft for us and didn't offer the support we need. They denied the return... why, they said I tried to return... and told me to read the fine print. They didn't care one bit and have been horrible to deal with. Totally unfair!

Almost a month later, I received the full refund for the mattress, had to pay $45+ to return the pillows and still have an adjustable frame with faulty lighting and no follow up to repair or replace.

I purchased a King Ghost Bed on the company website. It said 101 day trial. On Day 91, September 2nd, 2020 I spoke with a customer rep around 9:30pm Eastern Time but the chat copy they sent me says 1:33 am. This seems to be a chat from overseas, 2020 based on the time difference.I told the rep that as seniors, my wife and I are not happy with this bed. We wake up everyday with back pain and I also have shoulder pain. We wanted them to take the bed back and stop payments being taken from our bank account by Affirm. I told her we would pay for the sheets, protector and free pillows, which on their site comes to $394.00 and we already paid $303.00. Please pickup the mattress and we will pay the difference for the accessories. The Rep offered a gel mattress topper and I told her we were already using one and it hasn't helped. She stated we need to use it for two weeks if they send one, which conveniently would have put us past the 101 day trial period. I refused explaining we have been using a good quality topper for the past month. Then the rep told me the parent company, Natures Sleep has a website and I could go there and pick anyone for an equal exchange with no extra cost. She recommended the Emerald mattress since it is softer. When reading about Natures Sleep brand, they are made both in China and USA so you don't know what your getting. I told her I would look and think about it.My second chat on September 7, 2020, was with Jacinta whom was not very helpful or knowledgeable. I explained to her again I wanted to return the mattress and gave her the Exchange chat order# and told her I was at day 96. She said she found my file and said a manager would call me the next day and confirmed my phone number. Two days later it is September 9, 2020 and I have yet to receive a phone call, email or text.I have 5 days left of my 101 day trail since I received my mattress on June 4, 2020 and I am getting the run around with them waiting until my 101 days are up and then to say, we are sorry but your trial is over.Do not waste a $1,000 like we did. you will be scammed by Natures Sleep/Ghost Bed for a mattress that feels like sleeping on concrete.

DO NOT BUY GHOSTBED! We have tried them all (Purple, Tuft & Needle, Casper....) GHOSTBED was the most expensive of all and the WORST customer service and refund process of all by far! The only things they are good at is ghosting on a refund. They will kick the can down the road perpetually. Here we sit 2 months after initiating the refund and STILL have not received a penny even though the bed has been gone for over a month. Every time we call, its a new story, a new reason, a new oh its coming. All the freebies they give you they use a bartering to delay your refund, those free pillows (about $25 total value compared to store bought) all of a sudden become $85 and they won't start your refund until they get them back. Even once we got refund "approved" they tell you ok now it is going to take up to another 30 days to refund, which I'm sure on day 29 they will begin issuing the refund. We've asked to speak with a manager 3 times, still have never spoken to one. Stay away. Hint: many of these online mattress companies "reviews" are FAKE & paid for reviews. The fact that this company drags out refunds this bad leads me to believe they are struggling financially since they can't even issue refunds in a timely manner.

Selling used mattress as new!!! I went into the local store where I purchased a ghost bed classic twin XL bundle. I was given a white glove delivery service. After a month I removed the mattress cover to wash them and revealed that my mattress where not new. There were stains, shoe prints and dirt. I contacted the sales person and was told that it may have been a showroom sample. I ordered brand new mattress that should have been in the box. However, when they were delivered they were expanded. I was told that it was opened to allow it to expand and to save trash from entering into the home. This is unacceptable and unsanitary!

We ordered 4 GhostBed mattresses and wanted to return 2 d/t our children not liking them. GhostBed was contacted and were unable to pick them up as the hauler was "restricted" in our area. Also, they want the free pillows that I did not order back or they would sell them to us for like $70 each (believe me they're not worth it). So don't believe the free trial and hassle-free returns. It's a scam. I'd like to return them all.
