This office has taken care of my family and I for a long time. Today Xavier was immensely helpful and went the extra mile to help me save on my policy. I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond assisting me!! It's a great experience when you can tell the agents truly care about helping you.
Carley is also an incredible agent over there. Everytime I have spoken with her in the last 10 years, she has always had my back and made me smile. Thank you both so much for your services. And to the Nancy Wolfe-Smith office for all of your help over the years!

Nasty and Rude people! READ REVIEWS ON YELP! This office is focus on ruining your insurance! Please just report them if you experience their DISHONESTY! They will DENY they ever did anything but they constantly will screw you up.

Totally impressed by the patience and professionalism that was given to by Flavia at my State Farm office Nancy Wolfe-Smith today. I needed to change up my coverage, get a quote on a couple new cars I’m considering and discuss my payment options. I can’t say how relieved I am now that I have everything cleared up. No communication when employee no longer works there. Offered no help or solution to a paying customer. All of the five star reviews must be friends and family. Beware!!!

Worst customer service from this office. They have EXCUSES for everything. TAKE IT FROM ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They play dumb as if they don’t know what’s going on and they are so sneaky. Most disingenuous staff/agent!

Nancy's insurance office is such a blessing to deal with. No matter which member of her team takes my call, they have always treated me with patience and professionality. They are knowledgeable of their trade, and have helped me get all the coverage I need, and saved me from spending more money than I need to, all at the same time. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Very bad service from María..and Flavia I call and they never answer and when they get on the phone they are always in a hurry. They need to have better customer service and many mistakes they make later on, they are not responsible for what they do.

This is a good for nothing agent with her staff that refuses to help! State Farm does not care if you're good driver or have good records. Such a sneaky agent and team jacking up the prices and never follow up with what customer service informs me that the local agent should be doing. They continue to increase your premiums for no reason and have a million excuses why there's an increase. They have never helped to review or see where they lower your premium even though you've never filed a claim since being with them and have a clean record.
